This sunny double-bedded room (16 sq. metres) which looks out onto a pretty courtyard with central water-feature is decorated is soft creams with an accent of blue. It has a flat screen TV & DVD player. This room shares a shower-room with the Apple Tree Room, which is located right next door. Staying in the Plum Tree room is a cost-effective way to enjoy the beauty of Granby House, whilst not paying top prices.
All our Granby Cottages rooms offer Bed & Breakfast-on-the-run (which is a continental breakfast box). This allows the busy traveller the option of having an early breakfast in their room, or take their breakfast box with them for later. The full English breakfast served in-house is still an option, at an additional £12.00 per person, served between 8.00 am and 9.30 am

Pricing & Payment:
Prices are charged in sterling and conversions are for guidance only. Prices are subject to change.
A deposit of one night's stay is required at the time of booking, then the balance of full payment is required upon check-in (except group bookings).
Individual Bookings:
For cancellation up to 48 hours before intended arrival date, no fee will be charged.
For cancellation less than 48 hours before intended arrival date, the first night will be charged.
Please note we are not VAT registered.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

To avoid misunderstandings, all cancellations are acknowledged in written from and will be confirmed via e-mail, fax or letter.
Please retain the confirmation in the event of cancellation.
