Terms & Conditions
Check in: 3pm, Check out: 11am. There will be additional charge at 50% of your room rate for late check out till 6pm, only on request. Check in after midnight will be charged of 50€.
Payment Policy
An advance payment of 50% of the stay is required to confirm a booking. Balance will be paid 1 month before arrival, extra's on the check out (cash). We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Paypal.
Cancellation Policy
Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, please advise us by email only at info@cansastre.com. When a reservation is cancelled after 48 hours of confirmation, the deposit is not refundable. In case of a cancellation within 30 days or less before the arrival date, a no show or in case of leaving before the booked checkout date, the booked stay will be charged in full. Exclusive bookings for all the suites require an advance payment of 50% which is not refundable.
In the exceptional case that we are forced to close the hotel and therefore have to cancel your reservation, any deposit will be refunded in full. However, we cannot accept liability for additional costs, such as travel and transportation costs, insurance or other expenses related to your stay.
We recommend you subscribe a travel insurance. This terms and conditions are automatically accepted once the reservation is completed. We keep the right to change these terms and conditions anytime.
