Our suites have a separate bedroom for 2 guests and (optionally) space for 2 other guests in the living room.
Half-board catered holiday (no evening meal on Wednesdays).
Meals include a hearty breakfast, tea & cakes in the afternoon and a 3 course dinner with wine in the evening.

Prices quoted for holidays are good for 7 days. After this time prices may change. A quote does not mean that availability is guaranteed. All availability is “live” on the internet and all prices are clearly displayed.
Payment terms
A 25€ deposit is needed to secure your bookings and your address and card details are required. The balance is due on arrival. Payments may be made by card over the phone or in person, or by bank transfer 7 days in advance. Cancellations are refunded thus: More than 7 days before arrival there will be no charge but the 25€ deposit will be retained. Less than 7 days before arrival 100€% will be charged. Holiday dates can be changed for no extra cost, subject to availability. Insurance is available. It is in your interest that you have this cover. Bookings less than 7 days in advance must be paid for in full. Payment for extra costs incurred when staying can be settled on departure by card or cash.
Special offer may be available from time to time. Payment terms for special offers are 25% deposit and full payment 60 days before arrival. Cancellation is essential as no refunds are available.
Insurance
The unexpected happens; holiday and/or travel insurance will ensure that you do not lose your money. We will endeavor to be flexible if your plans change.
As most of our visitors engage in outdoor sports it is a condition of booking that you have insurance for your sport/activity and for winter visitors, one that covers winter sports.
All personal possessions that you bring onto our property must be fully insured.
Extra items or activities like Massage or Yoga classes are supplied by third parties and payment must be made to them directly. Booking for these is essential and early reservation is strongly recommended.
Descriptions and photographs of the accommodation are illustrative and not all features described or photographed are available in all rooms and apartments.
