IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL GUESTS- PLEASE READ

-Check Out is 11am. Check-in is anytime after 4pm. It is a self check-in self chek-out.

-This property is privately owned and operated. Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate service to anyone without a refund for any violation of our policies.

-Management will not be responsible for accidents or injuries to guests or their guests or loss of personal property or valuables of any kind.

-All guests with a car MUST have a parking pass; any vehicle that does not have a permit will be towed at owner's expense.

-No refunds for early departures.

-Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am

Extra Charges- By signing above, you agree, if applicable to use the credit card on file to assess the charges:

-All rooms are NO SMOKING- by signing above, you agree to a $500 cleaning charge if we find you or anyone in your party smoked in the room.
-NO PETS ALLOWED- by signing above, you agree to a $500 cleaning fee if this policy is violated and you must vacate immediately without refund.
-Lost Key Charge- $25.00
-Everything in your room has been properly inspected. By signing above, you agree that if there is Damaged (with the exception of usual and customary wear and tear) or missing property after you check out, we will notify you immediately and you authorize us to charge accordingly:
-damaged towels $25.00
-damaged hand towels $10.00
-damaged washcloths $5.00
-damaged bath mats $30.00
-damaged shower curtains $40.00
-damaged sheets $45.00 per set
-damaged furniture/accessories/kitchen items will be based on replacement cost or repair

$50 cancellation fee for reservations cancelled beyond 21 days of arrival during High season and 14 during Off season (see website for details)

LONG TERMS RENTALS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

From January through June -25% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is Due
An 2nd Additionnal 25% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is Due in July 1st
3rd 25% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is Due in December 1st
4th (REMAINDER NON REFUNDABLE BALANCE) is due 21 days prior to check-in

For reservations made between July and November, a 50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS DUE AN ADDITIONNAL 25% DUE ON DECEMBER 1ST

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in accordance to our policy below:

Off Season (May 1 through December 19)- For cancellations made 14 days or less deposits are non-refundable.

For cancellations made 15 days or more in advance, the deposit is refundable minus a $50 cancellation fee applies.

Seasonal & Holidays (December 20 through April 30)- For cancellations made 21 days or less deposits are non-refundable.

For cancellations made 21 days or more in advance, the deposit is refundable minus a $50 cancellation fee applies.

Long Term Rentals (21 days or more) All long term rentals are non-refundable

From January through June- 25% NON REFUNDABLE deposit is due. An additional non-refundable deposit of 25% is due in July 1, and a third non refundable deposit of 25% is due in December 1. The remainder non refundable balance is due 21 days prior to check in.
