The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made on this website. We kindly ask that you take a moment to read them prior to making a Booking.
The Company enters into this Agreement as principal for Bookings made for the hotels it owns and as agent where a Booking is made for a hotel that it operates on behalf of the Hotel Owner. The booking confirmation will clearly state the identity of the Owner.
Payment Policy
Our accepted payments policy gives buyers and sellers on eBay convenient payment options. To help ensure a safe marketplace, as a seller you can only use our approved payment methods. You also must state in your listing which specific payment methods you accept.
Make sure your listing follows these guidelines. If it doesn't, it may be removed, and you may be subject to a range of other actions, including limits of your buying and selling privileges and suspension of your account.
Cancellation Policy
No-quibble cool-off period. Provided you book more than seven days before the start of your stay, you can cancel your booking no questions asked within 24 hours of making it, and we will refund 100% of any charges.
Standard Rate. Our standard rate, best for those whose plans are unlikely to change. If you cancel up to 14 days before the start of your stay, we will refund 50% of your booking. If you cancel within two weeks of the start of your stay, we can't refund your booking.
Flexible rate. Our rate for those who'd like more flexibility. If you've selected the flexible rate you can cancel your booking at any point right up to 48 hours before the start of your stay and receive a full refund, less our flexibility fee. Once you're within 48 hours of the start of your stay, we can't refund your booking.
