50% deposit payable on booking and is NON- refundable.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TAKING OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE to cover against cancellations due to covid. If you do have to change your holiday plans due to covid restrictions we will work with you to change the date of your stay.

Please note we are currently unable to use shared facilities such as games room or sauna due to government guidelines.

Balance due 4 weeks prior to holiday and will automatically be taken from the card details provided at time of booking. If you would like a reminder email please let us know at time of booking.

We hold your card details on record until your departure in case of any breakages or damage to the property.
Bookings are from Friday 4p.m., terminating 10a.m. Friday of departure.
Property and contents to be left clean and tidy, with everything put away. If the property is left in an excessive mess you will be charged an extra cleaning fee of £100.
Damage or breakages should be notified and either paid for or replaced to our satisfaction.
Any changes to the occupancy agreed on booking should be agreed with us before coming. We do not accept any extra guests staying above the specified occupancy of the property. This includes THE POD. We are not insured to have above the maximum occupancy of people per property.This means NO friends or family from neighbouring campsites using Ach na skia's facilities.
NO Campervans.
DOGS ACCEPTED IN THE COTTAGE, ISLAND VIEW, GLEN MHOR - at a charge of £25 per stay. Please make sure you have added your dog onto your booking. NO DOG's allowed in Creag Mhor. It must not be left in the property unattended or allowed on beds or furniture. It must have its own bed. Please clean up after your dog and dispose of dog waste in general bins. Please ensure excessive dog hairs are hoovered before vacating the property.

Smoking - we aim to offer you a clean fresh-smelling property on arrival. We ask smokers to show consideration in this respect by smoking outside.

Rules for the Games Room, Sauna and Playpark must be observed. ( at present the games room and sauna is not in use due to covid restrictions)

We reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors in advertised prices and other information at any time before your holiday is confirmed. We will advise you of any error of which we are aware and of the then applicable price at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation.

Payment Policy

Cancellation Policy

We strongly recommend you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance cover. Especially to cover against any changes or cancellations due to covid.

If you have to cancel a confirmed booking our charge for cancellation is on the following scale:

Cancellation received between 4 and 8 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday - 75% of total holiday cost.

Cancellation received less than 4 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday - 100% of total holiday cost.

Cancelling your holiday is obviously a last resort, and the response to what is normally an unpleasant and unexpected incident. The last thing you want is to be penalised financially at the same time.
