Payment Policy
If you decide to make Coconut Breeze Villa's your vacation destination, we do request a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. This can be made by check or credit card. Availability is subject to change until your deposit is confirmed.
The balance of your payment is due at check in.
Cancellation Policy
90+ days prior to arrival, deposit less 10% refunded
60-89 days prior to arrival, deposit less 30% refunded
30-59 days prior to arrival, deposit less 50% refunded
0-29 days prior to arrival, no deposit refund
