The Arran Lodge and Arran Sleep Huts. Arran's largest self catering property sleeping 25 people in 13 rooms. Island celebration for 60 people in private grounds. Enjoy a secluded, elevated position in Lamlash on the Isle of Arran with spectacular sea views of Holy Isle.

We're less than 10 minutes drive from the ferry terminal at Brodick. Book early with Calmac if you are bringing a car.
Our mature garden is spread around the lodge. The lawn slopes towards Lamlash Bay and the panoramic view of Holy Isle and King's Cross point to the Clyde estuary and the Ayrshire Coast beyond. Our palm trees are testament to our sheltered location.

If you pay by card online our automatic booking will take 100% payment. Please contact us to book the Lodge as you can pay a 10% non refundable deposit by bank transfer or card. The rest can be paid by bank transfer. Self catering group accommodation sleeps 25 in 13 ensuite bedrooms. All bedrooms are on the 1st floor via stairs and are not suitable for the mobility impaired.
Rental includes use of : sitting room with log burner, dining room and commercial kitchen. Use of function room is an extra £500 per night.

INDIVIDUAL ROOM PRICES AND ARRAN SLEEP HUTS.
100% payment at time of booking.
Prices are based on a room only rate . Tariffs are based on two people sharing a twin or double room and one person in a single room. We will charge extra for more than this number of people in a room. Only hotel guests are allowed in rooms after 9pm. The price is room only.
SELF CATERING SLEEPS 25 PRICES: Prices are for a maximum of 25 people in the main Arran Lodge the function room is an extra £500 per night.
SELF CATERING SLEEPS 60 PRICES: Prices are for a maximum of 60 people in the main Arran Lodge and Arran Sleep Huts and includes the function room.
SELF CATERING PAYMENT: 10% non refundable deposit can be paid by card online or by bank transfer at the point of booking. The remaining 90% will be required one month before entry along with a £500 good housekeeping deposit.
PAYMENT.
We need a valid credit or debit card to guarantee your booking. Full payment of individual rooms are taken with your booking. Special offer, package and late bookings are not refundable. The full bill for incidentals incurred during your stay is due on departure. The Arran Lodge Ltd reserves the right to review and vary prices from time. You irrevocably authorise The Arran Lodge Ltd to charge your credit or debit card with the amount of any bill. We accept cash and most major debit and credit cards.
POLICIES.
You can check in from 2:00pm on the day of arrival. If you wish an early check in please call the office to discuss. Check out time is 10:00am. In quieter months our reception will only be open from 9-5. If you are checking in after this time your key and invoice will be left in an envelope on a hook near the office door. Please let us know if your checking in after 5pm
Damage - We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
No smoking is allowed in rooms, sleep huts or any public room. A charge or loss of good housekeeping deposit will apply if smoking is suspected.
Dogs are allowed in the Huts at £5.00 per night. They are not permitted in the Lodge unless discussed beforehand with management.
Car parking is available to the right of the main house. Vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s risk.
All personal possessions are left at the owner’s risk. Please ask if you’d like us to keep something in the safe.
By making a reservation you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Payment Policy
10% Non refundable deposit is taken at the time of your booking for Self Catering sleeps 25 or sleeps 60.
100% payment for individual rooms and Sleephuts is required at the time of booking.
Payment for a special offer or package deal is not refundable.
Payment for all other charges is due on departure or according to our cancellation terms.
Cancellation Policy
Because of our island location cancellations affect us severely as it may not be possible to fill the space. We maintain a strict cancellation policy which applies even if you’re unable to travel because of ferry disruption or stormy weather.
All amendments and cancellations must be made according to our terms. Where this doesn’t happen we reserve the right to charge the full amount for your booking.
Individual rooms and sleephuts. When you tell us about an amendment or cancellation:
- less than seven days before your arrival or after you have checked in we will charge the total amount for your booking. We may make a full or partial refund of this charge if we are able to replace your reservation by a third party.
- between seven days and one calendar month before your arrival we will charge an amount equivalent to one night’s stay.
- more than one calendar month before your arrival there is no charge and your initial payment will be refunded.
We have the right to amend or cancel your reservation where it can't be avoided.
