The ground floor restaurant serves modern British dishes with well-travelled twists and is due to open on 2nd June 2021. The four bedrooms, located on the first floor, are individually styled with a simple, relaxed elegance – all with en-suites and everything you require for a relaxing stay.

Terms & Conditions
CHECK-IN: Earliest check-in is 2PM, LATEST check-in is 6PM. Please note that we do NOT have a permanently manned reception nor a night porter. Therefore check-in outside the times noted should be pre-arranged by email or telephone. Please do NOT arrive outside the times noted unless this has been confirmed. If your plans change and / or your estimated time of arrival changes, please advise us at your earliest convenience.

Check out: Check out time is 11am.
Minimum Nights: Please note there may be a 2 night minimum stay at peak weekends. This will be advised when you check availability.
Infants: Infant cots are available in most of our rooms. However, these are subject to availability. Please email to confirm before booking.
Children: Due to the boutique nature of our rooms, we can only accommodate one child (under age of 15) in our 'Sophia' and 'Isabella' rooms - on a single folding bed.
Damage / breakages: Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any damage and breakages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur
Smoking: There is no smoking anywhere on the premises including the bedrooms. Guests found to be smoking on our premises will be asked to leave. A charge of £100 for deep cleaning will be made if there is evidence of smoking in the bedrooms.
Pets: Unfortunately we do not allow animals, with the exception of assistance and guide dogs.

Full payment will be taken at the time of booking your stay with us.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or amend your reservation please contact us at least 72 hours prior to the day of your arrival – if you cancel after this time you will incur a cancellation charge for the full amount.
We will only accept cancellations by email.
