Amsterdam Central Guest House is located really in the Center of Amsterdam in a lively neighbourhood between the Central Station and Dam Square.
The Guest House is located very close to the central (railway) station (less than 7 minutes walking distance), and Dam Square is (400metres) and close to all the major tourist places.
The nearest airport is Schiphol Airport, 15 km from the accommodation.
With the taxi 26 to 30 minutes and with the train 19 minutes with intercity direct.

Cards accepted at property: AMEX (surcharge of additional 5%), Masterdcard and VISA (surharge of additional 3.5%) and you can also pay in CASH.
I pre-authorize guests' credit cards after booking.

Note:
Surcharges should only be applied to payment amounts at time of payment.
If deposits are enabled for online bookings, surcharges will be applied to deposit totals.

Children cannot be accommodated at the hotel.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Internet WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Complimentary of coffee and tea.
Free Luggage Storage.
No parking available.
Pets are not allowed.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROPERTY IS ONLY ACCESSIBLE VIA STEEP STAIRS THAT ARE TYPICAL FOR HISTORICAL BUILDINGS IN AMSTERDAM.

Payment Policy

PAYMENT OPTIONS
:

We accept: CASH, AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, Maestro, PIN.

In addition we accept pre-established credit approved accounts by the Hotel to charge back.



Credit Cards:

Payments made to the directly to the Hotel by using a credit card attract a surcharge of additional 3.5% [on Visa and MasterCard] 5% [American Express, on the total invoice amount. 


A third party wanting to pay for entire or part of charges for a booking must fill out our credit card application form as authority to charge the card which require the card holder’s signature and copy of the credit card and passport.

Payments will be processed at check in, alternatively the guests checking in will be liable for all charges.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY / HOTEL POLICIES

Standard Rate:


1. The cancellation is free of charge 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
You will be charged 50% of the total price after this time as cancellation fee.
If you don't show up you will be charged of the total price of the reservation.

2. The cancellation is free of charge 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
You will be charged 100% of the total price if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
If you don't show up you will be charged of the total price of the reservation.

If cancelled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

Important information :

Due to the fact that the hotel is surrounded by many apartments it is required that guests, particularly those in groups are respective in regards to noise during the evenings.


No parties are allowed at the premises.
No smoking are allowed at the premises.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
