All check in is conducted in Thingholtstraeti 2-4. Please press the front door buzzer to enter.
We have a 24 hour reception, please be aware that they walk/drive guests to their apartment in the city centre so there may be a short wait for their return.
Check in: 15:00 - Check-out: Until 11:00 - Baggage Storage provided at check in/out.
Apartments are assigned on the morning of your arrival unless stated otherwise.
A 5000ISK charge will be levied for any keys not returned at check out.
We show a range of apartment photos on booking websites, selecting a specific apartment can only be done by booking directly with us.
Accepted credit cards: American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay debit card, UnionPay credit card. We reserve the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
All Rooms: Non Smoking - Pets: Pets are not allowed.
If you have any special needs please request prior to arrival.
Damages/missing items/extra cleaning: We will ask for authorisation on your credit card for the amount of ISK 30.000 at check-in, this is then released upon departure. This is used as a security as you will be responsible for damages, missing items and any extra cleaning charges including smoking in the apartment/s and charged if necessary.

Payment Policy

Although all rates are quoted in EUR, please note that charges will be made in ISK according to the exchange rate on the day that the charge is made.

Non Refundable Reservations: Total amount is taken on the day of booking.
General Reservations: A 25% deposit will be charged on the day of booking, then the remaining 75% will be charged up to 2 weeks before arrival.

A 30.000 ISK damage deposit is required upon check in or authorisation on credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to reservation type.
Non Refundable Reservations: Please note if cancelled, modified or in case of no show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

General Reservations: If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the total reservation will be charged.
