Avenue House
Avenue House is a large Victorian Semi detached property occupying a prominent corner position on the corner of the private cul de sac, The Avenue.
Just a few hundred meters from the bustling centre of the old market town of Bakewell, and across the road from the large park and the river, Avenue House is ideally situated to explore Bakewell and the surrounding areas of the Peak District
Avenue house has six en suite letting bedrooms over two floors. Please note rooms 2, 3 and 4 are on the first floor and rooms 5, 6, 7 are on the second floor,two flights of stairs)
We do have car parking at The Avenue and this is subject to availiabilty, there is space for six standard sized cars, but we do ask that guests park considerately to leave space for other guests. If the car parking is full, there are plenty of car parking options within a few minutes walk.
Breakfast is included in your stay and served in our light and airy breakfast room between 8.30 -9.30am
Check in is at The Avenue from 3- 4pm please contact us on the day if you expect to arrive outside of these hours as self check in can be arranged

Free cancellation, if cancelled 3 days before the date of stay.
Cancellations within three days of the date of stay or no-shows will be charged 100% of the room rate
