Beautifully designed interior with modern furnishings, private bedroom, bathroom, living room with a fold out sofa, and fully equipped kitchen. “The living room comes with lots of light and space, connected to the kitchen and dining room to handle our family of 5 all at once easily. For you techies, the internet was fast enough for me to watch live sports as well as a video Skype session. There is also a big TV with Netflix all set up for relaxing. The bedrooms had Bluetooth alarms and speakers. The kitchen is fully equipped. Ideal to cook, you will find everything you need, including a nice coffee maker and blender. The house keeping service will clean while you are out.

To confirm and secure your reservation at Azura Tulum, we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the reservation plus 19% taxes. Once the payment is processed, the Azura Tulum team will send you a confirmation letter and instructions for Check-in with the details of the reservation via email. We suggest you contact us at reception@azuratulum.com if you have any questions or if you want to modify your reservation. Our Check-in instructions email includes important information.

The remaining balance of your room must be paid at the time of your arrival. At Azura Tulum we accept payments in cash (Mexican Pesos, Dollars and Euros) and credit card (Visa and MasterCard). We do not accept traveler's checks. If you wish, you can complete the total payment by bank transfer before your arrival. You can contact us at reception@azuratulum.com if you want us to send you the details of our bank account and the instructions to make the bank transfer. These can be done up to a week before your arrival. To confirm your payment, please send us a copy of your deposit slip via email.

During the Christmas and New Year period (December 19 to January 4), a minimum stay of 6 nights is required and a minimum of 3 nights during Easter and December 15 to 23.

Pets under 15 pounds/7 kilograms are allowed.

We strongly suggest that our guests purchase travel insurance. A good travel insurance covers any cancellation of flights, lodging in case there is a hurricane in the area or any other situation in which flights have to be canceled. It should also cover you in cases of accident, illness, medical care or theft.

Cancellation Policies :

Applicable taxes, equivalent to 19%, will be withheld. (VAT 16%, ISH 3%)

We will not be able to make any type of refund in the event of cancellation of your flight. For the same reason, we suggest you purchase travel insurance that protects you in the event of flight cancellation.
