Deposit Policy: A valid credit card is needed to make/guarantee a reservation. The reservation total is due upon checking-in.
Cancellation/Modified Policy: Please call the front desk to give notice of cancellation or modification ASAP. 307-684-7822. If you give less than 48 hours notice, we will charge your card 100% of the entire reservation.
No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged 100% of the amount of the entire reservation.
Check In: Begins @ 3:00 PM-10:00 PM. The office CLOSES at 10:00 PM. (If you expect a later arrival, you will need to call prior to 10:00 PM to get your key and room access information.) If you FAIL TO CALL us prior to 10:00 PM, you will not have a room, and you will be charged as a NO SHOW.
Check Out: Ends @ 10:00 AM. (The office opens @ 7:00 AM) Guests are welcome to leave the key in the room if wanting an early checkout.
Pet Policy: We ONLY accept dogs. Certain rooms are reserved for guests who require a dog friendly room. Please reserve the correct room type when making the reservation. A $10.00 pet fee, per pet, per night, will be charged upon arrival. Undeclared pets or any violation of this policy will result in the addition to your reservation of a $250.00 cleaning charge, and subsequent charge to your credit card.
Smoking Policy: ALL Rooms are now designated "NON-SMOKING". Any violation of this policy or damage will result in the addition of a $250.00 fee plus any damage charged to your credit card.
Taxes: Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.
Damages: All tenants will be held 100% responsible for any damages done to the property and billed accordingly.
Reservations Made: Are confirmation that you have read the policies above and agree to them.

Guests requiring early checkouts may simply leave the key in the room.

Please be aware:
If you booked through a Booking site other than our web site, you will need to contact them to cancel.
All Cancellations should occur ASAP.
We charge full price of the entire reservation if cancelled with-in the 48 hours of arrival date.
If you reserved multiple nights and you want to cut your stay short, you are still responsible for the entire reservation amount.
