Bookings at Black Bar Lodge are final. Once you make a reservation you agree, and acknowledge, that all payments are to be made in full and there is a
NO CREDIT, NO REFUND POLICY.
You agree that use of your reservation on the date booked, and for the reserved number of guests must be used or forfeited.
You may transfer your reservation to another person subject to Black Bar Lodge approval if done within 10 days of arrival date.
ROOM NUMBERS OR LETTERS ON INVOICE ARE FOR INVENTORY CONTROL ONLY, ACTUAL ROOMS WILL BE ASSIGNED UPON CHECK IN UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
