Terms & Conditions
Blue on Water abides by a strict 11pm noise restriction. Excessive noise and/or additional guests in hotel rooms after 11pm is prohibited, and will result in a $200 charge and immediate eviction.
Blue on Water is a completely smoke free building. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a $200 cleaning fee and any replacement/damage costs.
Payment Policy
All guests are required to present a valid credit card at the time of check in for the security deposit. Guests unable to do so should contact Blue directly prior to arrival to arrange an alternate form of deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Blue on Water has a 24hr cancellation policy. All reservations cancelled with in this time period are subject to a charge equivalent to the first night's accommodation cost. This fee will be waived if Blue on Water is able to rebook the room.
