HOTEL POLICY/HOUSE RULES
We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly hotel experience. The following Hotel Policy/House Rules have been established based on industry standards, management and operational procedures. As our hotel guest, we expect that you conduct yourself with the same manner of respect for Bordeaux House Inn as you would at The French Laundry in accordance with the Core Values.

PARKING:
Parking is available on campus in all parking areas marked “Hotel Guest Parking” and off campus on Weber Street.

ROOM KEYS:
One room and laundry room key will be issued to you upon arrival. Please contact Bordeaux House Innkeeper if you have lost your key and require a spare. Please return room keys to Bordeaux House Innkeeper at check-out.

HOUSEKEEPING/LAUNDRY ROOM:
All rooms will be cleaned upon departure. Should your stay extend one week, to provide all guests with an exceptionally clean and safe experience, we will provide weekly housekeeping.

The laundry room is available for your use between the hours of 5pm-4am. Please be respectful of this shared space. Do not leave items in washer/dryer or in laundry room beyond the hours previously stated.

LINEN CHANGING:
Your comfort is very important to us. For guests staying multiples weeks, bed linen can be changed on a rotation schedule. Used towels can be cleaned and exchanged for fresh towels upon request. Housekeeping will be happy to change your bed linens and make your beds each week if all personal items are set aside out of the way.

QUIET HOURS: 11:00 p.m. to 9 a.m. If you become aware of a disruptive activity, please contact Bordeaux House Inkeeper immediately by phone or in person. Televisions, voices, music or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating outdoors during these quiet hours. Please be respectful of our Yountville neighbors.

100% SMOKE-FREE :
A Designated Smoking Area is provided outside and away from the building.
CANDLE, INCENSE, ESSENTIAL OILS:
Candle, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are prohibited.
NO-COOKING, COOKING APPLIANCES, COMBUSTIBLES, OR FIREWORKS:
The safety of our guests, staff, and this facility is extremely important to us. Except for the microwave, Keurig coffee maker and refrigerator units provided, preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliances is prohibited.

SPECIAL REQUESTS:
We will do our best to accommodate you in your stay. Should you need anything in the room (additional towels, toothpaste, coffee pods, etc.) please do not hesitate to contact the Bordeaux House Innkeeper at the number listed below.

VISITORS: As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitor at all times.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE:
Please check-out with Bordeaux House Innkeeper for key return and so that housekeeping may begin cleaning your room.

TOT and SALES TAX:
Transient occupancy tax and sales tax will be added to your reservation total

Payment Policy

Bordeaux House Inn will invoice the appropriate TKRG property responsible for organizing your visit.

Cancellation Policy

Please let the Innkeeper know should you have any last minute changes to your reservation.
