Terms & Conditions
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
· WINTER (16 October – 14 April): Check-in is at 2:00 pm. Check-out is at 12:00 pm.
· SUMMER (15 April– 15 October): Check-in is at 6:00 pm. Check-out is at 4:00 pm.
Applicable to both the guesthouse and the pool. We regret that we cannot accommodate early check-ins.
PREMISES
bouyouti’s premises and pool are limited to guests spending the night at bouyouti. Our restaurant however, by Cat and Mouth welcomes non overnight visitors to bouyouti accompanied by overnight guests or not, though prior reservation at +9613002285 is required.
ACCESSIBILITY
Wheelchairs and strollers might find it challenging to move around our premises. For more information, please contact us.
KIDS AND MINORS
bouyouti is an adults-only retreat, guests should be over 18 years old. Young adults below the age of 18 are welcome with their parents in the winter time only, and upon previous confirmation.
POOL DETAILS
Pool access is reserved for guests spending the night at bouyouti and towels will be supplied at the pool but don't forget your sunscreen.
As bouyouti is an adult-only property, the pool is not monitored by a lifeguard and we strongly advise that you act responsibly; no diving or running around the pool is permitted. To ensure the serenity of your stay, please consider other guests' comfort and avoid nuisances such as playing your own music when at the pool and by keeping phone calls and conversations discreet.
PETS
We love pets, and have a handful in our own house, but our guesthouses are pet-free in order to respect the tranquility of our environment.
RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOR. RESPECT NATURE.
Our guesthouses are spread around the valley in which sound travels easily and in order to respect the privacy of our guests we ask that sound / music is kept at a minimum.
In the winter time, wood logs are available in the rooms and our staff can help you start a fire in the fireplace/ traditional stove top. Please do not attempt to light a fire anywhere else on the property.
bouyouti was built with the utmost respect for nature, we ask that you do not disturb the environment or nature by loitering, starting fires, picking flowers and plants, etc.
We do not permit barbecues or cooking in or around any of our houses as they pose a fire hazard.
ADMISSION
We reserve the right of admission to any person, including confirmed guests.
Payment Policy
To confirm your reservation, payment must be received within 24h of your reservation request in one of the following accepted payment methods:
OMT: Payment can be made for the total amount via OMT in the name of Mr. Rafic Bazerji. For the reservation to be confirmed, a picture of the receipt is to be sent by SMS or WhatsApp to bouyouti’s cell phone number (+9613310200) as proof of payment.
Credit Card: Your credit card number is requested upon reservation for payment of the total amount due.
Cancellation Policy
Since our reservations are confirmed via pre-payment, we do not refund any payments made for your reservation.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation at any time but not without prior notice.
