Bowen's by the Bays offers a choice of accommodations - elegant guest rooms and one, two or three bedroom private guest cottages. This Hamptons resort is set on four lovely acres and amenities include lighted tennis, swimming pool, playground, shuffleboard court and putting green. Hampton Bays is located in the heart of the Hamptons - the ideal setting for a special vacation. We are a short drive to the beautiful east end towns of Westhampton, Quogue, Southampton and Bridgehampton.

Our Hamptons lodging is minutes away from activities for all the family. Ocean and bay beaches, fishing, golf, mini-golf, petting zoo, aquarium, water park and outlet shopping are all nearby. There are also many fine restaurants and boutiques, and visitors enjoy antiquing, museums and winery tours.

We're celebrating our 29th year as a family-owned and operated resort and take great pride in the quality lodging that we provide to our guests, offering more personalized and friendly service than that found in Hamptons hotels and Hamptons motels.

Pets are allowed on request IN COTTAGES ONLY. Charges and restrictions apply.

Children are always welcome at Bowen’s. Guests over 15 years old are considered adults, and will be charged at the adult rate.

TO MAINTAIN OUR ATMOSPHERE OF QUIET RELAXATION, ALL PREMISES AND FACILITIES ARE FOR THE USE AND ENJOYMENT OF REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY.

Bowen’s by the Bays is a completely non smoking property. A fee of $500.00 will be charged to the credit card on file of any guest who does not comply with this non-smoking policy.

Free parking is available at each accommodation. Parking for more than one vehicle can be arranged at the office. 
Standard check in is between 3pm and 7 p.m. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 7 p.m as a late check in can be arranged by phone between office hours. Check out is 10 a.m. for cottages, and 11 a.m. for the guest rooms.
Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Bowen’s by the Bays, Inc. is a privately owned property, and management reserves the right to ask any guest to leave at any time, for any reason, without any refund. Bowen’s by the Bays, Inc. is not responsible for any accident or injury, loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

Payment Policy

100% of one night stay or 50% deposit of a longer stay will be charged at the time booking. Applicable to direct bookings only.

Cancellation Policy

14 days advance notice is required for refund of deposit, minus a $50 fee per accommodation. Any cancellation or modification within the last 14 days prior to date of arrival would result in forfeit of the deposit.
