STATE OF CALIFORNIA LIQUOR LAW requires that any lodge, Inn, bed and breakfast, etc. must possess a liquor license to offer liquor, including beer and wine, whether complimentary or not. Bradford Place has elected to not obtain a liquor license. Additionally, Bradford Place has elected to not secure liquor liability insurance. Guests may responsibly consume the beverage of their choice in the privacy of their guest room. Alcoholic beverages shall not be consumed in any public area of the Inn, hospitality room, parlors, porches, yard, grounds or parking area. It's the law.
GUESTS UNDER AGE 18 - Bradford Place welcomes guests of all ages, however, guests under the age of 18 are not able to make a reservation. They must be accompanied by a parent or other legally responsible person while at the Inn. It's the law.
SPECIAL EVENT WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAY PERIODS require a two-night minimum.
CHECK IN begins at 3:00 p.m. Check in after 6:00 p.m. is usually available but MUST be confirmed ahead of time to ensure you will have access to your room. Reservations made on-line after hours on the same day as arrival must receive verbal confirmation from the innkeeper - be sure to call us!.
EARLY CHECK IN - If you request early check in when you make your reservation and the Inn is able to accommodate your request, your room will be guaranteed by 1:30 p.m. Please contact the inn the morning of your planned arrival to confirm early check in availability.
CHECK OUT is noon.
SMOKING is permitted outdoors. All interior rooms are non-smoking.
GUEST PETS WELCOME - Traveling with pets? At the Bradford Place Inn we understand that you may wish to bring your pets along with you, but you do not want to disturb other guests. Our downstairs accommodations (the Yosemite Suite and the Prospector Room) both have separate entrances, and private patios, that can accommodate your small-to-medium sized pets. We are happy to welcome house trained, good natured pets. For a fee of just $15 per night, we will provide a basket with dishes for food and water, plastic waste bags, a towel, pet bedspread, and biscuit treats. Please don't leave your pet alone as they may become uncomfortable in their new surroundings. You are responsible for your pet's behavior, safety and security. Please clean up after them, whether in the room, the patio, or around town. Business Guests many bring a pet, but must make accommodations for them while they are away from the inn. (One daytime pet accommodation we recommend is Pet Paradise on Tuolumne Rd.)
PAYMENT - MC, VISA, American Express, Discover, or personal check (guaranteed by a valid credit card). Checks must be received within seven (7) days of the reservation request and at least three (3) days prior to arrival.
Credit cards may be subject to Pre-approval Authorization to verify adequate available balance. Damages to the bedroom or linens that require a cost for additional cleaning or replacement may be added to the guest's credit card after departure without notice.
OCCUPANCY TAX - County occupancy tax is 10% and is additional to the room rates.

CANCELLATIONS received with the required advance notification will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations received with less than the required notification cannot be refunded unless the rooms are resold. We do not over-book and therefore we cannot make any exceptions.
- 5 days prior to arrival. All regular, non-event, non-holiday periods and days.
- 10 days prior to arrival. Special Event and Holiday periods and the week between Christmas and New Year's Day.
- 30 days prior to arrival. Three or four rooms visiting together.
Any reservations made on-line but not through our website and Little Hotelier (such as Booking. com, Expedia, etc.) MUST be cancelled by the guest at the same site - we cannot cancel those bookings and therefore, charges will apply in the event of a no-show
