Terms & Conditions

1. Prices: The price includes accommodation only. Breakast is optional. Unless clearly stated on the booking form all extras such as additional meals, telephone, drinks etc are additional. We accept cash, bank transfers and ecocash as means of payment.

2.Cancellation : Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable. Our cancellation policy for booking less than five days is that any cancellations should be given 7 days before arrival .

3.Non-availability: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

4.Check-in time: Chek-in time is from 12noo. to 10:00pm If you want to check in before 12noon or after 10:00 pm, please give us a cal in advance. Your bill balance for the accommodation is payable on arrival.

5.Check-out time: Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10.30AM on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. Any extra services taken during your stay is payable on departure.

6.Damages ,Breakages and Keys lost: Please be careful when using any of our facilities . You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that is caused while you occupy the room including any accidents that may occur. If any damage is caused, you are responsible for the full cost of replacement or repair. The costs will be included in your bill which you will pay upon departure. This also applies to anything that goes missing from your room during your stay.

7.Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

8.Parking: We provide free parking at the rear of the Guest House to our guests. The vehicles are parked at your own risk.

9.Internet Access: We provide free wireless access internet. Please make sure your laptop and mobile devices have wireless function.One PC is available for customers to check email and browse internet. As the service is beyond our control,we could not guarantee internet access quality.

10:No Smoking: We do not allow smoking in the rooms, you are free to smoke on the verandah area.

11:Pets: Pets are not permitted.

12. Zesa : We have been experiencing power cuts throughout the country. This is beyond our control but in the event that this happens during your stay, we will try our level best to ensure that you are comfortable

13. Please read all our room discriptions and pictures to ensure that are facility is suitable for you. We will not offer refunds to guests that decide to cancel upon arrival.

Payment Policy

We have a no pay no stay policy. We expect payment to be made before or upon arrival, this will be done in cash or bank transfer

Cancellation Policy

A reservation, is a legally binding contract..To protect against late cancellation and guests not turning up, we are obliged to put the following policy into place.
•If your booking is cancelled more than 7 days before your arrival date, a charge of 50% of the booking will be made.
•If your booking is cancelled less than 7 days before your arrival date or a customer does not turn up, a charge of 100% of the booking will be made.
