We restored this classic boutique motel and brought that Ol' Florida Key West theme back to life on Clearwater Beach. All-new rooms and landscaping transformed this original property. In our decorative beachy suites you'll find restored terrazzo flooring, wood, granite counter tops, and large flatscreen LCD TVs. Select rooms include a dining area or kitchen. At Brightwater Suites there is an outdoor pool, a garden and a terrace. Other facilities and services include sundecks with chaise lounge seating, free Wi-Fi access to guests and daily maid service. The property provides free parking, up to one car per room. Once you stay at the Brightwater, we are sure you will find your vacation destination for years to come. Our grounds are a block away from Clearwater Beach's pearly white sand and 1.5 miles from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Pier 60, restaurants and several activities are in close walking distance. The property is a 30-minute drive from Tampa International Airport.

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for any accidents or injuries to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. This property can not be used as a permanent or temporary address at any time. Limit one car per room. Additional spaces can be purchased based on availability and rates may vary. Only registered guests allowed in room and pool. Pool is open from 9am- 10pm. No diving, jumping, floating devices, and NO glass containers are allowed in the pool area at any time. Visiting hours are between the hours of 10 am - 8pm, maximum of two people per room. Visitors are NOT permitted to use pool and guest amenities. By submitting your credit card information, you agree to pay the required deposit, and you agree that your signature is not required in order for Brightwater Suites to process your reservation and charge for any room damages by you or your party. If paying reservation in cash , a credit card will be required upon check in to be placed on your account in the event of room damages. Room damages include but are not limited to ; breaking any of the room doors, mirrors, windows, damage to wood and flooring, appliances or room furnishings, theft of towels or any other room items not considered guest amenities. Items you will not be charged for; wrapped plastic cups, shampoo, soap, lotion, coffee supplies provided for your coffee maker. Upon signing guest registration , you are authorizing our company to charge the card on file for such damages. A description of room damages will be provided upon your request. No smoking in rooms. A $500 fee will be charged to your card and you will be checked out immediately with no refund for loss of nights. NO EXCEPTIONS. No pets. No refunds for early departure. Reservations made starting November 1st 2015 will be charged a $5 daily resort fee upon check-in for arrivals starting January 1st, 2016. Resort fee includes free parking ( limit one car per room), free umbrellas, beach chairs, bicycles, coffee in main office, and wi-fi. Resort amenities are on a first come first serve basis and are subject to availability. If checking in before or after hours of operation (9am-10pm), email resort at firstname.lastname@example.org for lock box instructions and check in procedure. 100 percent of the first night plus applicable taxes will be charged on the day of booking for OFF PEAK and Summer Seasons ( May 1st through January 31st). 100 percent of the first nights stay plus applicable taxes will be charged on the day of booking during PEAK/ HOLIDAY Season ( February 1st through April 30th.) Hotel collects payment. Full balance due at check-in. Credit card information is required in the event of any incidentals. If guest is walking in and paying reservation in cash , a credit card will be required upon check in to be placed on your account in the event of room damages. All advanced reservations made require a credit card to be charged deposit so reservation can be guaranteed. No refunds for early departure.
Daily Rate includes up to two adults at no additional charge and any additional person will be charged $10 per night. Daily rate include up to two children under 12 years of age at no additional charge and any additional children will be charged $10 per night. There is no capacity for extra beds/cribs/cots in room. Maximum capacity per room will vary room to room; exceeding this occupancy number will result in a $100 fine and you may be asked to check out immediately.
Check In / Check Out Policy;
Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am. Early check in is $20 per hour. Any check out after 10 am will be charged $20 an hour, after 11am half of the daily rate will be charged, and at 12pm you will be charged a full days rate and be asked to leave the property immediately.

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged during OFF PEAK and Summer Seasons (May1st-January 31st.) If cancelled or modified within 3 days of reservation or in case of no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged during OFF PEAK and Summer season ( May 1st- January 31st.)
PEAK/HOLIDAY SEASON- A cancellation notice of 2 weeks is required during PEAK/HOLIDAY Season (February 1st - April 30th.)You will be charged 100% of the first 1 night's rate plus applicable taxes for cancelling within 2 weeks of you reservation. You can, however, reschedule your stay within the same season to avoid losing your deposit. If the reservation is in a different season, no guarantee of price difference will be awarded. The required deposit can be applied to the total amount due for the rescheduled reservation.Reservation must be rescheduled in the same calendar year and is subject to availability. HOLIDAY SEASON varies and includes but is not limited to Memorial Day, 4th Of July, Labor Day, Christmas, and New Years.
