Terms & Conditions

This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and won’t be responsible for accidents, injury to guests, loss of money or valuables of any kind. There’s a $100 charge for; evidence of any pet in a room, smoking in any room, and cooking in a room. No crock pots, skillets, frying pans, etc., Lost key charge is $15. Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. Visitors of guests in a room after 10 PM will be considered motel guests, and will be billed accordingly. All guest vehicles must be registered, or may be towed. No ski waxing, or snowmobile oil in any room. If so, a penalty may be assessed. If any guest vomits, urinates, defecates in the motel room, you agree to pay an extra cleaning charge. The guest signing below, accepts these terms and conditions, and will pay room rental in full at check-in, for any additional charges, and all damages to the room(s) and its contents. If you need to leave before your departure date, management reserves the right to charge for 1 night's lodging. Guest agrees to pay for any and all damages beyond normal wear & tear to property owned by Hotel or owners, caused directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by any misconduct, willful or negligent act, or any minors traveling with me. Should such damage occur, Hotel is authorized to charge the cost of repair against the credit card supplied by Guest at registration. If I open any windows in the wintertime, or remove any A/C cover in the wintertime, I agree to pay a $50 fine. If I run the A/C on a cool night, and it "ices up" damaging it, I will pay for a new A/C if need be. If I stain any bedding, and the stains don't wash out, I agree to replace the stained piece of bedding. By signing registration form, I agree to abide by motel rules posted in every room, and on our Budget Host Inn's web-site. No "hair dyeing" in our rooms. If "dyed" towels are found in the room, I agree to pay a $100 fine. If I extend my stay past above departure date, I agree to pay for all additional room charges.

Payment Policy

Payment for full stay is due at the time of check-in. Budget Host Inn accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, or cash. Sorry, no personal checks, unless specifically approved beforehand.

Our motel closes at 10:30 P.M. NO after hours, late check-ins permitted, UNLESS; (1) you have stayed here before, or (2) your room can be charged to your credit card on file. We’ve had too many “no-shows.”

If you are a previous guest, and your ETA is after closing, we will leave your room key, WiFi password, and credit card receipt for your after-hours pickup.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations can be cancelled, penalty free, with the following advance notice:

Holidays - 7 days prior to arrival.
All other days - 72 hours prior to arrival (3 days).

If your reservation is canceled with less notice than required, we reserve the right to charge you a processing fee of 1 night's room charge. If you cancel within 24 hours prior to the first day of your stay, we reserve the right to bill you for one night's lodging. Any and all exceptions to this cancellation policy MUST be personally approved by Kevin Cox, owner.
