Two unit beach house located directly on West Bay Beach, Roatan. We have two Suites, one on the ground floor and one on the second floor. Both Suites are 1080 sq. ft. of open living space with a living room, TV, desk, full-size kitchen appliances and a breakfast bar and of course a private bedroom. Both suites have very large balconies.

Check-in: Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early Check-in may be available but is not guaranteed.

At check-in we will need to verify the credit card used for payment as explained below in the Payment Policy section. We will also need to make photo copies of all guests Passports/ID's to comply with local regulations. Your Credit Card will also be authorized for the damage deposit and any incidental charges or Activities you may wish to book.

Check-out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be available but is not guaranteed.

This policy is in place to make sure every guest's arrival is as pleasant as possible. Housekeeping and maintenance personnel must provide services between occupancies for every property.

Mechanical/amenity failures: While we take pride in the condition of Cabana Lana, mechanical failures do occasionally happen. This includes, but is not limited to: air conditioning, appliances, Internet, TV, electrical and water systems. Please let the management know as soon as possible if you incur any issues. We will do our best to make the necessary repairs as quickly as possible. We may, at our discretion issue a partial refund or credit in extreme circumstances.

Island Occurrences: Island life is subject to occasional power outages, water failures and loss of internet, phone or TV service due happen. Our Service providers do their best to restore service in a timely manner, but please understand outages of these services may occur and are out of Cabana Lana's control.

Natural Disasters & Inclement Weather: Natural occurrences and weather are beyond our control. We do not provide refunds or rate adjustments in these rare cases.

Security: Please make sure that your room is properly secured prior to leaving. Cabana Lana is not responsible for lost/stolen Items. Additionally, we have a nighttime security guard to ensure added safety.

No smoking/BBQ: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Cabana Lana. Evidence of smoking inside our rental will result in the loss of the entire Security/Cleaning deposit. Additional fees may be incurred for extra cleaning and deodorizing. No BBQ'ing inside the cabanas or on the porch. A BBQ Pit is provided in our Garden area

Pets: Cabana Lana does not allow pets. A pet or evidence of a pet will cause forfeiture of the entire rent including deposit and immediate tenant eviction.

Construction: West Bay is a growing area and is becoming most desirable. There is the possibility that construction projects may be in progress near-by during the time of your stay. Cabana Lana cannot predict when or where these jobs will begin or how long they will last. We have no control in these situations and no refunds or compensation will be considered.

Payment Policy

Prices: All Prices are shown in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. If you are paying with another currency the currency exchange rates are determined by the credit card processor and your bank.

Payment terms: All Rooms are paid in full at the time of the booking. Refunds will be issued based on the Cancellation Policy Below:

Credit Card Policy: It is Cabana Lana's policy that when a guest pays by credit card the guest is required to show the credit card(s) used for payment along with identification for the card holder at check in. If the credit card used for prepayment of the room is not able to be verified, a new payment method will be requested and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Number of guests: Two guests are included in our rates. Each additional adult guest is $25 per night. Violation of this rule may cause forfeiture of the entire hotel booking fee, including deposit and immediate tenant eviction. If you plan on having more than two adults in the room please make sure they are included in the reservation to prevent any misunderstanding.

Damage/cleaning deposit:

A damage and cleaning deposit of $500 is required at check-in. Payment may be made by credit card or cash. Due to Honduran banking procedures, we are unable to accept debit cards for this deposit.

An alternative to the damage deposit is pre-purchasing a Damage Protection Plan from the following provider: http://www.vacationprotection.com/

Cabana Lana reserves the right to charge the guest for any missing or damaged items or damage to the room. This includes lost, damaged or stained linens and towels.

Although a cleaner comes before you arrive and after you leave to ensure the property is clean, you are responsible for leaving the property in the condition you received it in, this includes, but is not limited to the placement of interior and exterior furniture
• please wash all dish ware and glassware in the kitchen.
• please hang dirty/wet towels in the bathrooms.

An additional cleaning fee may be applied in cases where the home is not left clean and will be deducted from the damage/cleaning deposit prior to the release of those funds.

Cancellations made 90 Days in advance - 100% Refund
Cancellations made from 60-89 days - 50% Refund
Cancellations made less than 60 days in Advance: 0% Refund.
Early Departure - No refunds for leaving prior to your reservation check out date
