Terms & Conditions

• All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Violation of this policy will result in a charge of $250.00 US which reflects the cost for additional airing and cleaning of the room.
• No pets allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests are asked to keep the noise level down during these hours.
• Should you lose your key, we will be required to change the door lock. A $50.00 US fee will apply for this service.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms and premises. You are responsible for all actions of guests registered in your room. Any damage caused to the room and property by guests will be charged to the credit card on file. Damage is defined by the impairment of an item of the property beyond reasonable wear and tear.
• The hotel is not responsible for any lost or misplace items in the room or premises. As a standard precaution, we encourage guests to lock doors and windows when exiting their rooms.
• You are liable for full payment if your agent does not pay Toucan Inn. You have verified that imprinted information on the credit card provided is correct. Any authorized incidentals incurred after check-out will be charged to the credit card on file.
• The guest agrees to release the hotel from any liability for any injury occured during their stay.
• The Toucan Inn is not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond its control.
• The Toucan Inn reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who is disruptive or who violates the hotel's policies.
• Our goal is for everyone to experience a memorable stay at The Toucan Inn; and our team is prepared to do their best to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have during your stay.

Payment Policy

• You are liable for full payment if your agent does not pay Toucan Inn. You have verified that imprinted information on the credit card provided is correct. Any authorized incidentals incurred after check-out will be charged to the credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation free of charge up until 24 hours prior to check-in. Cancellation within 24 hours prior to check-in will require penalty payment of one night a the rate booking was made.
