Terms & Conditions

Check-in policy.
Check-in starts at 4:00pm AST. Due to our cleaning requirements, we generally cannot provide early check-in.
Self-check-in: No keys required, an email indicating your unit name will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in.
Check-out ends at 10:00am AST. Due to cleaning requirements we generally cannot provide a late check-out.
We ask that you place any used dishes in the dishwasher and start the express wash cycle prior to check out.

WiFi policy.
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge on our CB Villas Public network. We are proud to share our secure commercial grade network with your group throughout the property.

Parking and EV Policy.
Free private parking is available on site, in front of your unit with dusk/dawn lighting, please do not park on the lawn or around other villas.
We have two EV Chargers equipped with CCS plugs offering 48amp/47kW, these can be booked through our site or reservations team.
110v plugs are located at all parking areas for your use, free of charge.

Pets welcome Policy.
Must be requested or added to booking in advance of check-in, dogs only at this time, subject to pet fee shown on our website and confirmation email. Owners are responsible for picking up after their pet, extra cleaning fees may be collected if warranted. Please do not leave pets unattended.

All children welcome.
Up to three children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
A limited number of cots and cribs are available for a fee, please inform us of any requests 72 hours prior to arrival.

Fitness Centre.
We offer a complimentary onsite Fitness Centre furnished with television, air-conditioning, shower and water refill station. Registered guests can book a one hour private session at https://www.capebretonvillas.com/fitness 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Use of Fitness Centre is at your own risk.

Payment Policy

Payment of one night stay due at booking, remaining balance may be requested 30 days prior to check-in during May to October.

A damage or incidental deposit of $250 may be required prior to check-in.

Pet fees are different depending on the size unit reserved, this is found on our booking site.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us as soon as possible if your reservation requires changes or a cancellation. In all circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Reservations are refundable as follows:
30 days prior to arrival - 100% refund and waiver of reservation amount.
29 or fewer days to arrival - no refund or waiver of reservation amount.

All new reservations are 100% refundable within 24 hours of booking.
