Terms & Conditions

The use of any guests credit card to confirm and receive emailed confirmation of any reservation with Canyon Springs Resort & Country cabins affirms the online receipt and acceptance of the following agreement: BY USING YOUR CREDIT CARD to transact a deposit or room charge any guest(s) agree to the following policies and affirms that they have read, understand and Accept them as reasonable and binding
RATES:
Rates are based on the maximum (two persons per king/queen or one per bunk bed) occupancy of the suite or cabin being rented.)
A credit card or cash deposit is required to secure all reservations.
Late Cancellation: (within 72 hours of reservation)
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival, or there will be a $50.00 per reservation per room cancellation fee for holiday stays. For all other stays there will be a $50.00 per reservation per room cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of your arrival date. Same day cancellations will be charged a 1 day fee.
PET DEPOSIT:
Canyon Springs Lodge has a pet friendly environment. We do not allow guests to leave their pets unattended, without being kenneled. Pets must be leashed on property. Pets stay free, however you will be held responsible for any damages done by your pet.
PUBLIC INTOXICATION:
Is grounds for removal by Sheriff, towing of vehicles and forfeit of all room charges, deposits AND assessment of any damages or additional violation fees. Underage drinking is also not tolerated and any illegal alcohol or drug related activity will immediately be referred to local authorities for prosecution and immediate removal from the property.
GENERAL POLICIES:
No tents.
No smoking indoors: Guests smoking inside a unit will be charged a minimum fee of $250.00 per effected room.
Guests losing or returning room keys late shall be charged $10 respectively to the credit card on file.
Damages charges will be charged to the credit card on file.
The Resort is not responsible for lost or damaged items or items left behind.
No unattended children.
Only foot traffic is allowed behind the Cabins in the nature area.
Check-in time is 3:00pm or by phone.
Check-out time is by 11:00 am.
All rates are subject to state HOT 6% & local W.O.R.D. (4%) tax.
You must be 21 years of age to make reservations.
Underage drinking at Canyon Springs Lodge is not permitted.
All reservations are dependent upon validation of the submitted credit card information or receipt of cash deposit.
