En general es una área muy tranquila y segura, esta ubicado en una zona residencial y con clubes de playa muy cercanos por lo que en momentos podrá haber ruido proveniente de la playa.

TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES
-Check-in: La hora de entrega de la habitación es a las 3:00pm (self service)
-Check-out: La hora de salida de la habitación es a las 11:00 am. Se cobrará una tarifa de $250 pesos por hora adicional. De requerir tiempo de tolerancia para su check-out le sugerimos notifique a la propiedad con anticipación para ser autorizado.
-Fumar. Está prohibido fumar dentro la habitación, en caso de hacerlo se penalizará con $500.00 pesos por concepto de limpieza profunda.
-Persona Extra. El costo por persona adicional es de $500 pesos.
-No se admiten mascotas.
-Es responsabilidad del huésped leer y acatar nuestros términos y condiciones. Al realizar la reserva, usted confirma que conoce y acepta nuestras políticas.

-Check-in: The delivery time of the apartment is at 3:00 pm (self service)
-Check-out: The time of departure from the apartment is at 11:00 am. A fee of $250 pesos will be charged per additional hour. If you require a tolerance time for your check-out, we suggest you notify the property in advance to be authorized.
-Smoke. Smoking is prohibited inside the room, in case of doing so it will be penalized with $500.00 pesos for deep cleaning.
-Extra person. The cost per additional person is $500 pesos.
-No pets.
-It is the responsibility of the guest to read and abide by our terms and conditions. By making the reservation, you confirm that you know and accept our policies.
