A former gentlemens residence built in the late 18th century, it still retains many original features including high ceilings & beautifully well appointed rooms which have been recently refurbished and is now constantly receiving the highest ratings on many of the leading hotel review websites.
A 5 minute walk to the award winning blue flag beach and the town centre, where there is plenty to do and see including many restaurants and pubs within walking distance.
All of our rooms are fully equipped with Tea/Coffee making facilities, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, shower/shower with bath, fitted with flat screen TV's,
and the whole hotel has FREE WiFi which works very well throughout.
All guests have 24 hour access to the Hotel and are provided with there own door entry key.

Terms & Conditions
Damage policy-
Any damages or breakages (unless through normal wear and tear) will be charged at replacement cost.
Stains on carpets including iorn marks cost of proffesional cleaning or replacement. Smoking in rooms £100 loss of keys £50, towels will be changed every 3rd day free of charge. Additonal towels or changes can be provided at an extra cost.
If you are late checking out additonal charges will be made if your room is not vaccated at the set time.
Car parking- There is limited spaces and is a first come first serve basis, this is free. However there is a public car park just at the end of the road.
Checking-in policy- Proof of identifcation and a valid credit card is required. If you do not have a credit card you will be required to pay a security deposit.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Until further notice daily housekeeping will cease. (This is currently in keeping with industry standards providing the up most safety for our staff and guests).
Payment Policy
For any Group Bookings (3 or more rooms) - There will be a 25% Non-refundable deposit charged.
Full balance will be charged 24 hours before arrival we will use contact less payment where possible
Cancellation Policy
If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. unless your booking is non cancellation.
If cancelled 100 percent 0f the booking will be charged
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
On bookings of 3 or more rooms, or 'group bookings' a cancellation fee of 25% of the whole booking is payable.
any booking which attracts a discount is non concealable
prepaid non refundable bookings cannot be cancelled refunded or modified
