Cohabit is a pod hotel - the first of its kind in Avon. We offer guests a unique and affordable alternative to traditional hotels and hostels. We have the relaxed, social feel of a hostel with the privacy of a boutique hotel. We do not have rooms, we have custom built private pods. Each pod can accommodate two guests with well appointment features, like outlets, reading lights, folding desk tops, luxury linens and mobile smart locks. The hotel front door locks at 9 PM. You will be sent the door code on the morning of check in.
Please let us know if you will be arriving after 9 PM. You can self check in 24/7 with mobile keys sent to your smart phone.

Cohabit is a smoke free establishment. No outside alcohol is permitted on the property and smoking/vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited. Violating this policy will result in your immediate removal from the property. Any damages resulting from smoking in the pods or in the hotel will be the guest's expense. Cohabit Pod Hotel has sensitive fire/smoke detectors which will be set off by smoking/vaping indoors. Activating fire sprinklers by smoking will incur excessive fines and restitution costs to the violator.

We are a social environment but we still want to respect the quiet enjoyment of our hotel by other guests. Cohabit has strictly enforced quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. Loud music and rowdy behavior will not be tolerated. The pod room is a low-volume zone and we ask guests to keep noise levels to a minimum in this sleeping area.

Hotel check in is 3 PM
Hotel check out is 10 AM
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate early check ins, however, we can hold your luggage so that you can freely enjoy your afternoon ahead of check in.

Payment Policy

Cohabit accepts cash or debit/credit as forms of payment. We require a debit or credit card for all reservations. We accept all major credit cards, AMEX will incur an additional 1% booking fee. Full payment is required at time of booking. This includes all appropriate taxes.

Cancellation Policy

We know life happens. If you need to cancel your reservation, you can do so and get a full refund if it it more than 30 days before your booked stay. If you cancel between 10 and 30 days out, we will refund you 50%. Cancelations less than 10 days before your stay are non-refundable.
