Pets are welcome in 2 of our guest rooms at no additional charge - if notified when the reservation is made.
Should we discover evidence of a pet in a non-pet-friendly room, a $50 cleaning fee will be charged.

The Cowboy Inn is a 100% smoke-free property. If we detect that smoking has taken place in any room, you will be assessed with a $250.00 cleaning and service charge.

Cancellation Policy
Travel plans sometimes change. If your reservation is canceled prior to 7 pm Mountain Time, we will not charge a cancellation fee. However, if your reservation is cancelled after 7 pm or not cancelled at all, you will be billed for the first night’s room and tax.
We do not offer refunds for no shows or early checkouts.
