Kitchenette has stove, refrigerator, sink, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. No living area seating. A/C. No TV. Ceiling fan in bedroom. Floor fan in living area. Jungle side location. Free wifi. Second floor location. Free parking.

Assignments to floor locations are NOT guaranteed, unless confirmed in advance. Pets will be considered.
Please be mindful of your fellow guests by observing Quiet Times from 10 pm to 8 am nightly.
Check in any time after 3 pm. Check out is at 11 am.

Zahlungsbedingungen

A non-refundable deposit for the first night will be charged 24 hours after booking has been made. Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival.

Holiday booking exceptions: Payment for reservations between Dec 15 and Jan 5 are due 30 days prior to arrival.

Stornierungsbedingungen

DEL SOL BEACHFRONT -- Cancellations for reservations during Holiday Season (Dec 15-Jan 5) are refundable, less first night's deposit, up to 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds if cancellation is made under 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival during the reminder of the year will receive a refund, less the first night's deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are 100% non-refundable.
