Terms & Conditions

Check-in requires a valid ID and credit card. Name must match that on the credit card.
Cash payments will require a credit card to be ran and placed on file. See Payment Policy.
Guest must be 18 years or older to place reservation.
A $20 surcharge will be added to the total for any guest over the allotted limit.
Guest is liable for damages that occur during the length of stay. Gooseberry Lodges reserves the right to charge guest a fair amount to cover the loss using the credit card used for the reservation. Please see payment policy.
Pets allowed upon request. Pet deposit is required.
All cabins are smoke-free. Smoking in the cabin will incur a $200 charge.
Gooseberry Lodges policy does not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, nationality, religion, sex, marital status, age, ethnic origin or disability.
Gooseberry Lodges is not liable for damages to guest belongings while on the property.

Payment Policy

Payment will be processed on the day of arrival. Card used to hold reservation can be charged at anytime the day of check-in with or without card present. Total amount owed is due before guest is allowed to check-in to the room.
Smoking, damages and missing items will be charged to guest credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy

Guest can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before check-in date.
Guest will be charged the first night fee plus taxes if booking is cancelled in the 7 days before check-in.
Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged the entire price of the stay.
