Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT
Rooms may be reserved online with a valid credit/debit card. Full payment is required upon check-out (except group bookings). We reserve the right to pre-authorise your credit/debit card 2 days or less ahead of your arrival date. Please note that we operate a 48 hour cancellations policy, details of which follow. Payment on departure can be made by cash, credit or debit card.
GROUP BOOKINGS (3 or more rooms)
To secure a group booking we require valid credit/debit card details and a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total booking cost. If the whole or part of a group booking is cancelled less than seven days ahead of the due arrival date, 100% of the cost (less the deposit) will be charged to your card.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in time - our standard check-in times are between 16:00 and 19.00 hours. If you wish to arrive before 15.00, we will do our best to arrange a check-in or hold your luggage until your room is ready. If you expect to arrive after 19.00, please ask us for details for our key-safe facility.
Check-out time - before 11:00 hours
PRICES
Room rates shown on our website are per room, per night and include breakfast and parking. Room rates are subject to change. Prices are quoted inclusive of any VAT payable.
Cancellations must be made by email at least 48 hours prior to your planned arrival date to avoid any cancellation charges. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your due arrival date or not arrive at the hotel (‘no show’), we will charge your credit/debit card with the full value of your booking.
In the event of you cancelling a booking, we will send a confirmation email to you.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by email (info@doolinview.com) at least 48 hours prior to your planned arrival date to avoid any charges. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your due date of arrival or fail to arrive at the hotel ('no show'), we will charge your credit/debit card with 100% of the value of your booking. We recommend guests ensure they have valid travel insurance in place in case of the need to cancel your booking.
