Terms & Conditions

Check-in is between 3 and 8:30. If you will be arriving outside of these times please contact us. We can also arrange a self-check-in for most units, if it is more convenient. Check-out time is by 10:30am.
Quiet Time
Quiet time is 10 pm, so please turn down the volume on electronics and conversations by then. Personal visitors are welcome but asked to leave no later than 9 pm.We accept animals, but not two legged ones. Although we want our guests to have lots of fun, Dreamweavers is not a party property. Disorderly or aggressive behavior is not accepted. A guest who repeatedly chooses not to co-operate with this policy will be required to leave. In this case, the stay is treated as an early departure and the cancellation policy still applies.

Children
Children are welcome. Cribs and cots available. All children must be supervised by an adult or youth over 16 at the pool and in the playground. Please place diapers in the main garbage cans that we empty daily.
Pets
Please advise us if traveling with a pet. Dogs must be kept on a leash when on the grounds and either go with the owner or stay in a crate when guests go out. We have couch covers which you are required to use if you own a shedding dog. Pets are supposed to stay off the furniture, or furniture is to be covered. We have ample towels, old sheets etc., if your dog is used to being on the furniture at home. We do not provide feeding dishes.
Smoking
All cottages and vacation homes are non-smoking. Violation of this policy will result in an additional fee of $300 for extra cleaning.
Damage Deposits:
All bookings require a valid MC, Visa or Amex card, even if paying by other means. The cottages are considered 'housekeeping' which, in relation to cottages, means supplies and equipment are supplied so you can keep the cottage as you would your own home. Guests are expected to take responsibility for maintaining a reasonable level of cleanliness. Staff can provide help with cleaning during your stay, if requested. Management reserves the right to charge additional fees if the condition of the cottage on your departure is excessively dirty and requires many more hours to clean, or if anything has been broken. The damage fee for broken items is the replacement cost. However, you can often negotiate a lower cost if you discuss the damage and situation under which it occurred with us.
Group Policy
Dreamweavers is a great place for family reunions, golf groups and sports travelers as it is small enough to be friendly but big enough to accommodate your needs. Guests in large groups are asked to be considerate of other guests during your stay.
Privacy Policy
Your financial and personal information is only available to Dreamweavers management and senior staff and is used for booking purposes or damages. We may use your e-mail address to contact you with specials and promotions. Please let us know if you do not want to be contacted this way.

Payment Policy

Deposit for the Cottages is one night cost down
Deposit for Vacation Home is 30% down.
Balance is due on arrival.
No Show
In the event of a No-show without any notification the stay will be charged to the credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy

Cottage Deposit (one night of stay total) shall be refunded in full with at least 60 days notice from date of arrival.
Cancellation within 60 days of arrival results in deposit forfeiture.
Early departure policy:
Stay will be charged in full.
