Terms & Conditions
DRY DOCK INN TERMS & CONDITIONS
*A refundable security deposit of $100.00 is required for all rentals at check- in. Cash rentals are available on a first come-first served walk-in basis only. Cash rentals are not available for online reservations. Security deposit will be returned within 24 hours of check-out upon inspection of room for damages.
*Must be 21 to rent and everyone in party must be 21 or accompanied by parent/guardians.
*NO PETS are allowed in Dry Dock rooms at any time. A PET POLICY VIOLATION FEE of $200.00 per pet will be charged for violations of this rule.
*DRY DOCK PROPERTY IS NON-SMOKING. There will be a fee of no less than $150.00 for any evidence of smoking in the rooms or on the property.
*An EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE of 50.00 up to 150.00 may be charged if cleaning instructions provided in your room are not adhered to. (Basically, put trash in room into the receptacle provided, wash dishes if in kitchen, and have no evidence of smoking in the room.) This EXCESSIVE CLEANING FEE is separate of any damages done to room.
*We reserve the right to charge additional fees for lost keys and/or motel property that is damaged and/or removed from the room.
*Dry Dock Staff is not responsible for items left behind at the time of checkout. Items will be held for no more than 1 week in the lost and found unless arrangements are made with management to pick up the items. All perishable items will be disposed of by 3 PM on check-out day.
*Guests must adhere to quiet times, after 11 p.m. We ask that you be courteous of your neighbors at this time.
*All alcohol must be kept in cups while on Dry Dock Property in any outside common area.
*Parking is limited to 1 space per room. Unfortunately, no parking is available for unregistered guests. ALL guests' vehicles MUST be registered with the office to avoid towing. Additional parking information can be found at visit https://www.carolinabeach.org/visitors/parking .
*Check-in begins at 4 PM and ends at 9 PM. If you require a late check-in, you must make arrangements prior to closing on check-in day.
*Check-out is at 10am.
First night's payment is required at time of reservation. Balance will be due at time of check-in. 10-minute rule upon arrival allows you to inspect and be completely satisfied with your accommodation or a complete refund will be issued upon the securing of said room by management.
All 'special savings' bookings require a minimum payment of $100.00 to secure the booking.
Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of check-in will forfeit the first night's payment.
Reservations cancelled before 48 hours of check-in will be charged a $9.99 processing fee.
