As of March 27, 2022, we are NO LONGER PET FRIENDLY. Service dogs are allowed in any of our rooms, common areas and our café. There is no pet fee for any service animal, but guests may be charged if their service animal causes any damage. Cats are never allowed unless the cat is a service animal. Too many guests have allergies to cats and cat dander requires a costly cleanup. Guests who violate the pet policy and bring a pet into the rooms, with the exception service animals, are subject to a $250.00 charge for returning the room to a pet-free status and agree to being charged by a accepting this policy. We apologize to our many guests who have enjoyed bringing their pets to our property, but we have incurred too many damages and the costs have become too great.

Our rooms are non-smoking. This includes medicinal and/or recreational marijuana and vaping. We ask our smoking guests to please smoke away from open windows and doors and to please be courteous of other guests. There are several cans for butts placed upon the window sills and tables. Please dispose of your butts in the cans provided. Guests who violate the policy and smoke in any room are subject to a $250.00 charge for returning the room to a smoke-free status and agree to being charged by accepting this policy. We appreciate your understanding.

Free parking and complimentary slices of banana bread to all our overnight guests.

Damaged or missing items from rooms post check out will be charged to credit card on file. These include, but are not limited to, remote controls, bathrobes, linens, towels, pillows, decor items, hair dryers, alarm clocks, blanket throws, batteries, light bulbs, etc. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to or removal of items from the rooms or the premises and/or unusual cleaning.
The jacuzzi is available to those 16 years and older. It is open until 9:00pm. Quiet time for our property is between 9:00pm and 8:00am.

Items left behind and requested to be mailed will incur the actual charge of the shipping box and shipping charges. USPS charges $7.50 for COD, in addition to the shipping charges. Please allow up to 30 days to receive. We apologize for any inconvenience. To avoid this, please be sure to thoroughly check your room for items that are of value prior to your departure.

All rates are subject to state and local taxes. We know sometimes plans change. As long as you give us at least a 24 hour notice of your intent to cancel, then there is never a charge. Holidays and holiday weekends require a 48 hour notice of your intent to cancel. If the reservation is not canceled within the required timeline, then you will be charged for one night or the first night if you booked multiple nights. If no phone call to cancel is made, and you are a no-show, you will be charged for one night or the first night, if you booked multiple nights.

We are a small independent business, and cancellations affect us greatly. We will do our utmost to work with you in the event that you must cancel your reservation. We just ask that you give us at least a 24 hour notice, so that we may have an opportunity to let the room to another guest.

CHECK IN IS AT 4:00PM AND CHECKOUT IS AT 11:00AM. You are welcome to call us anytime after 2:00pm, and if your room is ready, we will check you in early as a courtesy at no additional charge. Check-ins prior to 2:00pm are subject to a early check-in fee of $25 per hour and/or fraction of each hour thereof. Late checkouts after 11:00am are subject to a late check out fee of $25 per hour and/or fraction of each hour thereafter. We appreciate your booking, and as always, Safe Travels.
