Terms & Conditions
A quick reminder about a few of our policies: Your apartment is independently operated and managed by The Guild, and all units are properly licensed with the City of Austin. Please respect your neighbors and the property during your stay. No pets or smoking. No parties. Per City of Austin guidelines, no more than four (4) unrelated persons are allowed in the unit at any time. Your apartment is not managed by the main leasing office, so please text us directly if you need anything @ (512) 623-7480!
Your privacy: All personal information is confidential and will not be released to any third parties without acknowledgement. However, Guild Travel LLC cannot be held responsible for information collected through third party booking sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of such websites thoroughly.
Smoking Policy: All properties under Guild Travel LLC are 100% non-smoking this includes all guest rentals and properties’ public spaces. Any guest found violating this policy will incur an additional $500 deep cleaning charge.
Pet Policy: As much as we love our furry friends, our rentals at this property are not pet-friendly. Please contact our concierge and we can assist with pet boarding options. Any guest found violating this policy will be charged a non-refundable $500 deep cleaning charge.
Parking Policy: There is no guaranteed parking with this reservation. You can park on the street at a cost of $1.20/hr from 6p-12a daily, or text us to arrange a reserved parking space @ (512) 623-7480.
Quiet Policy: We like to party too, however, after 10p daily we hold strict quiet hours. We respect our neighbors and hope you do as well. Excessive noise, guest occupancy, or disturbance reports are grounds for eviction without reimbursement
Payment Guarantee: We guarantee your room reservation to the credit card provided, or to the third party site used for booking. Full payment is due at time of booking, unless otherwise applicable.
Third-Party Reservations and Credit Card Authorization: We require a credit card authorization for all third-party reservations (Hotel Tonight, Booking.com, etc.) to guarantee any additional charges that may occur during a guest stay. By providing your credit card information you are agreeing to be held liable for any damages to the property such as repair costs or smoking damages. Guests with third-party reservations will not be issued property access information until this form is on file.
Guarantee, modification, and cancellation policy: Your reservation is guaranteed to [insert card vendor or third party site] and has been charged [insert total deposit]. Any modification to an existing reservation is subject to the property’s availability at the time of modification and may result in changes to the rate. If booking is through a third party website, please contact that party initially to make any modifications or cancellations. Cancellation made within seven (7) days of reservation arrival date will receive a full refund, except applicable booking fees. Cancellations and modifications made in under seven (7) days are subject to all charges outlined in initial confirmation, unless otherwise negotiated.
