Located in a prime position on Eastbourne's glorious seafront, overlooking the beach and the pier, the East Beach Hotel offers relaxing accommodation for all our visitors. We are Eastbourne's most Dog friendly hotel.
The hotel offers 2 types of rooms, some beautifully refurbished to a high standard. We also offers basic rooms called 'Economy' which are realistically priced which are unrefurbished.
All rooms are ensuite, with Televisions and Hospitality Trays. The hotel is also equipped with free WiFi Internet access throughout the entire hotel for all guests. We have a restaurant serving food daily, a function room and two fully stocked bars.

Terms & Conditions

Guests can check-in from 2pm. Check-Out is 10.30am on the day of departure. Failure to vacate your room on time may result in the Hotel Management charging for an additional night.
No smoking is permitted in the East Beach Hotel - This will result in a £100 fine (this includes vaping and e-cigarettes)
To ensure the safety of our Guests and Staff please look after your keys. Lost Keys will incur a £50 replacement charge.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles and valuables during your stay at the East Beach Hotel.
You are liable for any damage caused to the hotel's premises and property. Howsoever caused by you or any person you are responsible for as, being in attendance at the hotel during your stay, whether they are staying at the hotel or not. Should damage or theft come to light after you have checked out, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for the damage/theft incurred during your stay. The rates can be asked for from reception.
All items in the room belong to the East Beach Hotel and are not for removal with the exception of the complimentary tea/ coffee and toiletries

Payment Policy

Guests can book in advance or on arrival. All rooms are subject to availability and the Hotel reserves the right to refuse any booking for a good reason. You can pay for your stay by cash or card, we accept Visa and MasterCard.

A credit card number is required to secure the booking, full payment will be taken 72 hours prior to arrival. Bookings can be cancelled with no charge up to 72 hours prior to arrival, any cancellations after this time will be charged the full amount and this will be non-refundable or transferable.

Advance purchase, non-refundable bookings will be charged the full amount on the day the reservation is made and this payment will be non-refundable or transferable.

Pre-Authorization of the first night's stay will be required upon check-in for the hotels security against damages.

There is no reduction for temporary absence or meals not taken during the confirmed booking period.

Children and Extra Bed Policy
This policy defines the possibility of accommodating children and the availability of extra beds.
• All children are welcome.
• All children under 1 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
• All children from 1 to 2 years are charged GBP 5 per night for children's cots and breakfast.
• All children from 3 to 12 years are charged GBP 10 per night for extra beds and breakfast.
• All children from 13 to 16 years are charged GBP 15 per night for extra beds and breakfast.
• The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1 unless it is a specific family room.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings can be cancelled with no charge up to 72 hours before the date of arrival.
• If cancelled with less than 72 hours notice then the total price of the reservation will be charged
• In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
• The room is available from 2pm on the date of arrival, the 72 hours notice of cancellation would be from 2pm.
• To make a cancellation You must call us on 01323 731 398 IF this is a direct booking. If you have booked with a third party you must cancel with who you have made this booking with.
• Cancellation or early departure during your stay will not be eligible for a refund.

The Hotel recommends taking out Holiday Insurance covering cancellations and deposit refunds.
