Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your booking, please email us at info@eightinbath.co.uk). Sorry we cannot accept verbal cancellations.
All cancellation will be confirmed by email or post. Should you not receive a return email or post from us, we ask that you assume that we have not received your request for cancellation.

If the booking is cancelled 5 days prior to the date of check in, there will be no charge.
If the booking is cancelled with less than 5 days notice, then the full amount of the booking will be charged to the credit/debit card on the booking.

Please refer to the cancellation policy on your booking confirmation for bookings made through any booking agents/channels.
