TERMS & CONDITIONS

We assume no responsibility for any loss, theft and damage to baggage, property, valuables or for injury, illness, death, damages or claims however so caused arising directly or indirectly from war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, unavoidable technical problems with transport, machinery or equipment, delays, power failure, fire, adverse weather conditions or levels of water, accidents.

We do not take responsibility for any items and valuables stored in the room safes and in the rooms.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations until 10 days prior to arrival: Your paid advance less bank transfer charges and a 25 EUR admin fee will be reimbursed to you.
Cancellation later 10 than days prior to arrival or "no show": The advance payment will not be reimbursed.
Early departure: In case of an earlier than booked departure, 50% of the room rate for the remaining nights will be charged.
COVID: Covid positive case of the traveller or any of its relatives serves not as an cancellation reason. Please make sure you are in possession of the necessary travel insurance.

CANCELLATION BY US
Elements will notify you as quickly as possible of any cancellation. All advance payments (if any) will be reimbursed 100%.

In the event of cancellation by Elements you will be entitled to either:
have a full refund; or accept a substitute alternative from Elements of equivalent standard and price;

Where Elements is required to pay you a compensation, whether as provided in these booking terms or otherwise, the compensation shall be limited in all circumstances to a maximum of the price of your booked holiday.

PRE-BOOKED & PREPAID SPORTING ACTIVITIES, LESSONS AND RENTALS
Should if for any reasons that are beyond Elements responsibility not be possible to complete lessons, rentals and other services, Elements will not reimburse for these services in cash. Elements will depending on the situation consider to offer vouchers for these services to be used on a future occasion.
Especially kite lessons and rentals that cannot be taken due to lack of wind fall under this term.

Zahlungsbedingungen

50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking. A payment link will be sent to you to process your advance payment. For advance payments done via credit card a 3% fee applies.

Balance payment at the end of your stay is possible in cash, via bank transfer or credit card. Foreign guests are required to make their payment in foreign currency. LKR payments for foreign guests are not allowed according to the latest Central Bank regulations. Therefore,we encourage our guests to bring cash.

We accept cash payments in EUR, USD, GBP, CHF.
Bank transfer in USD or EUR is possible as well.
On credit card payments (VISA, MASTER, AMEX) a 3% processing fee applies.
