Elmwood House is a unique historical inn that offers luxurious, yet comfortable, lodging. The historic Elmwood House was established in 1886 and is located in the heart of of Eureka Springs, AR. The property is on the north end of historic downtown district along with shops, fine dining, art galleries, historic sites, and entertainment. Enjoy the charm of yesterday with the amenities of today. A welcome basket with granola bars, fruit, breakfast bars, and other snacks will be in the room upon your arrival to enjoy at your convenience for breakfast and throughout your stay. Reserved off street parking directly behind the inn.
All of the suites have a beautiful view of downtown Eureka Springs, Spring Street, the Ozark Mountains, or Christ of the Ozarks. Relax with a cup of coffee, tea, or glass of wine on the balcony while enjoying the view of downtown Spring Street . The fun parades that Eureka Springs is famous for pass directly in front of Elmwood House and can be viewed from the balconies. Each of the large suites are uniquely furnished with antiques, have private entrances and balconies or verandas. Complimentary drinks, cable TV, Wi-Fi, mini refrigerators, microwaves, Keurig coffee makers, and light housekeeping daily.
The soothing, healing waters of the many springs in and around Eureka Springs was what originally drew visitors to this area, this is why we have chosen to name our suites after them at Elmwood House.

Sweet Spring Suite is located on the second floor with a wraparound balcony overlooking downtown and Eureka Springs most popular street. All suites have their own sitting areas on the porch or balcony and additional sitting areas in the courtyards that allow for social distancing and relaxation. The two second floor suites share a common entrance door and a hallway for those two suites. Sweet Spring Suite has a private bath with a large whirlpool/shower combination, luxurious bedding, 48" flat screen TV in the separate sitting area and a smaller flat screen TV in the bed area, electric fireplace, mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. A welcome basket with muffins, granola bars, fruit, and other snacks will be in the room upon your arrival to enjoy at your convenience for breakfast and throughout your stay. This suite is 500 sq. feet with 10' ceilings. Reserved off-street parking is located behind the property, at the third floor level. Sweet Spring Suite is on the second floor, one flight of stairs down from parking and one flight of stairs up from ground level.

Terms & Conditions

Arrivals and Departures
- Check in between 3PM and 7PM. We like to greet our guests and make them feel welcome. If your travel plans do not allow you to arrive within this window, please call us at 479-981-2284 with as much advance notice as possible to make alternate arrangements.

-Check out is 11 a.m.

Extra Adults: Our suites accommodations are for couples (Two Adults).

Policies: Sorry, in consideration to our other guests, we do not allow pets. Property is not disabled accessible. Not appropriate for children. Only registered guests are allowed in rooms in consideration of all guests. Managers live one block off-site, but are available 24 hours a day by phone or text 479-981-2284 for questions, concerns, and emergencies.

Smoking policy: Smoking outside only (including electronic smoking devices), no open flame candles or incense permitted. (LED candles are permitted and provided in the suites). Guests who choose to disregard this policy will be charged a cleaning fee of $250.

Damages: Guests are liable for any damages done to their room and will be their credit card will be charged for any repair, replacement or additional services needed to restore the room.

Lost keys: A $25 key replacement fee will be assessed to guests who fail to return their room key upon checkout.

Payment Policy

VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Cash are accepted. If using Discover please contact us by phone 479-981-2284.

Deposits: For one night stays your credit card will be charged full payment at the time of reservation. Any stay of 2 nights or more requires a one night deposit charged to your credit card at the time of reservation.

Early departures: If you leave before your scheduled departure date you will be charged for the full amount of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: If a change to reservation or cancellation is made 15 or more days prior to reservation there will be a $25 processing fee and the balance of the deposit will be refunded. Reservations cancelled less than 15 days but more than 2 days prior to arrival will forfeit the one night stay deposit. If cancellation is received within 2 days of the reservation the full amount of the stay will be charged.
