The 13,000-square-foot oceanfront home has five bedrooms, sleek contemporary style and indoor living spaces that seamlessly transition to outdoor terraces. Its location on the El Paredon Resort on Banderas Bay means guests have access to the resort’s amenities, plus perks like daily maid and cook service.
The back of the house features three floors looking over the private pool and beach, with plenty of room for sunbathing, dining and even grilling on the barbecue. Refresh yourself in the outdoor shower and private spa, work out in the exercise room and stay comfortable in the in-room air conditioning.

Terms & Conditions
Casa Papelillos undertakes all reasonable measures to ensure that car companies, and other service organizations to be used are reputable and that the arrangements made in conjunction to our service is satisfactory. Casa Papelillos emphasizes that you accept all bookings, subject to limitations of liability, terms and conditions of local suppliers and property management. Casa Papelilos has no control over these independent parties and therefore accepts no liability for any acts or omissions by them or their servants, and or agents. Although Casa Papelillos will not accept liability for these actions or omissions of those involved in your vacation, over which we have no control, a reasonable attempt will be made to resolve any dispute between you and the independent. Casa Papelillos has made a good faith effort to accurately describe the accommodations, but shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in such descriptions or changes in the conditions of the accommodations or the surround properties or condition thereof, or for any temporary defects or stoppages in supply of electricity, gas, water, plumbing, or any other services.
Payment Policy
A formal confirmation will be sent to provide you with all details of your villa reservation. A reservation/booking deposit of 50% of the total rental fee in U.S. funds is due within five business days of requesting reservation. Balance payment is due 90 days prior to travel date. For all Holiday reservations a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 5 business days of requesting space on the villa’s rental calendar and full payment is due 120 days prior to arrival. All reservation requests made 90 days or less prior to your travel dates will require full payment of rental fee within five business days or requesting a reservation. Reservations will automatically be cancelled if funds are not received within 5 business days of your request. We reserve the right to treat any confirmed booking as cancelled if schedules are not met. An extension may be requested.
A security deposit of $3,000 US is required. It is fully refunded to you, save any damages your party may have incurred to the villa, its furniture and furnishings, art works, electronic equipment etc. Such damages will be discussed with guests during their stay and a cost estimate for repair or replacement will be provided. If no damages were incurred, a full refund will be made no later than 4 weeks after guests’ departure from the villa.
Cancellation Policy
If a guest elects to terminate their Reservation/Rental Agreement with Casa Papelillos a Full Refund will be made to the guest up to ninety (90) days prior to arrival at the villa or condo less a Cancellation/Service Fee of 50% of the gross rental amount.
Any cancellation received 90 days or less to your arrival date will not be eligible for any refund unless we are able to re-rent the villa for the same dates and amount, in which case Casa Papelillos will make a Full Refund to the guest less a 50% Cancellation/Service Fee of the gross rental amount.
