The Enchanted Cottages are two fully remodeled themed vacation cottage rentals (circa 1926) in the heart of charming Seaview on the Long Beach Washington Peninsula. The Hollyhock and Captain's Cottages provide an old-world charm and decor melded with the conveniences of today, like free high-speed internet throughout the complex. In Seaview, you are within walking distance to the Beach and the 12-mile Discovery Trail, plus great restaurants and unique villages up and down the 27-mile long Peninsula.

Captain's Cottage Book
This 300 SF second floor, tree-top studio has a ceiling height of 6'10". It sleeps two in one queen bed with heavenly mattress. As shown on the website, the bathroom and kitchen have partially slanted ceilings, which is really nice but may not be comfortable for all guests. Call us with any questions or clarification. It has a fully appointed galley kitchen Not suitable for heavy cooking, e.g., broiling of steaks; cooking fish, crab or clams is not permitted. A full bath features a great claw foot tub. Due to the slanted ceiling it does not have a stand-up shower. FREE high-speed internet, books and games, FREE Netflix movies and DVD. NO CABLE TV.
Hollyhock - 1 BR + Book
Ground-floor 400 SF cottage has ceiling heights of 6’8″, throughout, with a 7"-wide ceiling beam that has a 6’3″ clearance in the living room. The 1BR cottage sleeps 2 adults and a small child under age 6 (no exceptions). The 1926 fully updated cottage has a separate bedroom with antique queen bed and heavenly mattress, with adjoining tiled bath and antique copper sink. Hideaway sofa bed in the living room. Dining area with seating for three. Fully stocked kitchen.Not suitable for heavy cooking, e.g., broiling of steaks, and cleaning or cooking fish, crab or clams is not permitted. FREE high-speed internet, books and games, FREE Netflix movies and DVD. NO CABLE TV.

FURTHER INFORMATION REQUIRED TO COMPLETE YOUR RESERVATION.
(1) At the time of booking, we respectfully require that you provide us via email or phone with the driver’s license information that matches the credit card being used; OR if you prefer, you can simply email us the billing address of the credit card used - street, city, state, zip. Any questions about this, please call us; (2) names of each guest staying in the cottage, (including children/infants and their ages); and (3) make/model/color and license # for the vehicle to be parked on the property.
IS THERE A CLEANING FEE?
No. Except if the cottage is misused or strong odors remain, leaving the cottage unrentable for the next guest. We ask that you tidy up when you leave (e.g., wash dishes, take out garbage, etc.). If the cottage or its contents have been damaged or misused, we reserve the right to charge you for extra
cleaning or replacement costs. You will be notified in such event and the credit card on file will be charged.
ARE PETS ALLOWED?
No. The only exception is for certified ADA-compliant service animals. We need to be notified in advance if such is the case so that an extra day can be allowed for anticipated cleaning for the next guest.
WHAT ARE THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES?
Check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. For an early check-in or a late check-out, you need to call us a day in advance of check-in. If possible, we will accommodate you.
HOW DO WE ACCESS THE COTTAGE UPON ARRIVAL?
Upon final payment, a receipt and the key code and location of the lock box to gain access will be emailed to you.
DO YOU HAVE INTERNET?
Yes. We have free secure hi-speed wireless for your own devices, plus free Netflix movies.
DO YOU HAVE CABLE TV?
No, we don’t. For sporting events, we recommend The Lost Roo.
CAN WE SMOKE OR BBQ OR GRILL MEATS IN THE COTTAGE?
No. If smoke or heavy odors are detected in the cottage, an automatic $150 deodorizing fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Outside, there are areas to smoke, but ONLY if there are no objections from other guests. No BBQ or grilling or open fires are permitted anywhere on the property.
CAN WE CLEAN OR COOK CLAMS OR FISH AT THE COTTAGES?
Sorry, no. Due to odors and hygiene concerns for the next arriving guests. We can recommend professional clam and fish cleaning businesses or wonderful restaurants for eating.
IMPORTANT: You must provide accurate billing information when you make your reservation. The name on the card must be the name of one registered guest. If your card cannot be processed for any reason, you will receive immediately a Guest Payment Declined email from VacationRentPayment- Yapstone, our credit card processor. You must contact us within 48 hours and provide corrected information. Otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled and the dates released after 48 hours from the declined email. You are welcome to rebook with corrected information if the dates are still available. Second- or third-party payment will be accepted only with specific approval from the person paying for the reservation and verified to us by email or registered mail.
If your arrival date is LESS than 21 days from the date of booking, the full amount due, including sales tax, will be charged to your credit card.
If your reservation is made MORE than 21 days prior to the check-in date, the first night's rental fee and sales tax will be charged on the booking date. The balance due will be charged 21 days prior to arrival.
Once the total amount due has been paid, we will email you the entry code for the key lock box so you can check yourself in, together with further information.
Payment receipts from our credit card processor, VacationRentPayment, will be sent immediately to your email address. Your credit card on file serves as your security/damage deposit.

If cancelled MORE than 21 days prior to arrival date, your deposit will be refunded, less a $25 card processing fee.
After final payment has been made, AND ONLY IF WE CAN RE-RENT the cottage for all or part of your reservation dates, we will refund you the difference between the rent collected and the amount you paid, less the $25 card processing fee. If we cannot re-rent the cottage, the entire amount paid is not refundable.
