Terms & Conditions

Upon booking, we charge a deposit equal to a one night stay (the total cost of the reservation is charged for 1 night reservations). Free WIFI, parking, espresso and breakfast is included for all guests.

Please check-in at 181 Fitzroy Street, C1A 1S3.
We operate a front desk from 6am- 11pm. If you are arriving after 11pm please contact us so we can set up a self check-in.

We require 14 days notice from the date of check in to cancel a reservation.
Once 14 days notice is given, all prior charges will be refunded. If a reservation is cancelled within the 14 day period, the guest is liable for the total cost of the reservation. We will then try our best to rebook all cancelled rooms, which we will then refund any amount that we have rebooked.
Early departures will also be charged for their full length of stay unless we're able to rebook the entire reservation.

This is a room booking confirmation. The fee is charged by the accommodation operator based on their set Reservation and Cancellation Policy.

A deposit equal to one night's stay will be taken on every every reservation, with the exception of pre-paid reservations (which will be charged in full at a non-refundable rate).
