Fairholm Boutique Inns is a family owned and operated 5-star historic architectural masterpiece located in downtown Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. With 33 uniquely decorated suites among a collection of four diligently restored heritage buildings, Fairholm ensures a relaxing and unforgettable experience.
Located in historic downtown Charlottetown, this luxurious boutique hotel includes Fairholm (built in 1838), Hillhurst (built in 1897), Cranford House and the Carriage House. We are known for our daily hot served breakfast from 7:30-10am. Book with us direct (through our website or phone) and receive a free hot served breakfast. If you book with a third party booking website, breakfast is not included in your stay.
Fairholm Boutique Inns is less than a five minute walk to other Charlottetown landmarks like the Confederation Centre of the Arts and the National Historic Province House.

Terms & Conditions
Upon booking, we charge a deposit equal to a one night stay (the total cost of the reservation is charged for 1 night reservations). Free WIFI, parking and espresso is included for all guests. If you book direct, breakfast is included in your stay and is based off of room occupancy (ie; King room has an occupancy of two guests, which would include two free daily breakfasts). If you book with a third party booking website, breakfast will be made available for purchase at the front desk.

We operate a front desk from 7am- 11pm. If you are arriving after 11pm please contact us so we can set up a self check-in.
We require 14 days notice from the date of check in to cancel a reservation.
Once 14 days notice is given, all prior charges will be refunded. If a reservation is cancelled within the 14 day period, the guest is liable for the total cost of the reservation. We will then try our best to rebook all cancelled rooms, which we will then refund any amount that we have rebooked.
Early departures will also be charged for their full length of stay unless we're able to rebook the entire reservation.
This is a room booking confirmation. The fee is charged by the accommodation operator based on their set Reservation and Cancellation Policy.

All room charges will be completed through a contactless checkout. Please leave your key in your room and we will charge the credit card on file upon checkout.
