Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions will be enforced by the property managers:

RESERVATION POLICY
At the time of making a reservation, you will be required to provide a current and valid credit card number to confirm and secure the reservation.
After check-in there are no refunds.

Check-in Time
Rooms are available after 3 pm. RV sites are available after 12 noon.
No check ins after 7 pm unless prior arrangements have been made at time of reservation.
Please call office between 8 am and 7 pm to make arrangements.
Guest should contact location on day of arrival for specific times, if needed.

Check-out Time
11:00 am is our check out time!
Late check-outs will be charged accordingly at time of check-out.
Please check with front office prior to 9 am to arrange a late check out and for charges.

Children Traveling with Parents and Occupying the Same Room
Children 17 and under stay free when occupying the same room with an adult family member. The online reservation process provides rates and room types to accommodate only the adults indicated on your reservation. It does not consider any children that you will be traveling with. Please make sure that you reserve a room that provides the number of beds to accommodate each guest (adults and children). You can indicate the number of children traveling with you on the booking page under Additional Information.

Pets
At Fender’s Resort, service animals and well-behaved pets always stay free. They are permitted unless they pose a health or safety risk or are prohibited by law. To ensure a great trip with your furry friend, please adhere to the following guidelines:
• Animals that pose a health or safety risk may not remain onsite and include those that, in our managers' discretion, are too numerous for any one room, cause damage to our property or that of other guests, are too disruptive, are not properly attended, or demonstrate undue aggression.
• Animals that assist the disabled, known as "Service Animals," are always welcome. Like pets, however, any Service Animal that poses a health or safety risk may not remain onsite.
• All pets and Service Animals must be declared at check-in. This is very important because it provides our staff with key information about the occupants of each room.
• Please be considerate of other guests when walking pets on the property and clean up after your pet.
• In consideration of all guests, pets must be on a leash and attended to when outside a guestroom.
• Pets should not be left alone in a room or automobile.

NON-SMOKING
In the event of any physical evidence, or residual odor, which indicates that smoking of any form has taken place inside a guest room, a charge of $150 will be made against the credit card provided to the motel at the time of making the booking and/or at the time of checking in. This charge will cover the cost of cleaning and disinfecting soft furnishings, and of laundering all bedding.

PARTY POLICY
In the interests of quiet enjoyment and respect for all guests at the resort, a no party policy applies to all guests staying at the property. Guests are expected to be respectful of other guests at all times, and to be quiet between 10pm and 7am. No group congregations in individual guest rooms is permitted or tolerated. Immediate eviction with no refund may applies to any breaches of this policy.

COOKING
Cooking in guest rooms is permitted. Please be as respectful and careful of our equipment and facility, as you would want your own things to be cared for. Wash your dishes and leave the kitchen the way you found it.
A complimentary guest BBQ is provided for guests wishing to Barbecue a meal.
Please let us know immediately if there is a problem with any aspect of the room so we can try to rectify the problem as soon as possible. This includes kitchen equipment, refrigeration, sinks, stoves, plumbing, bathrooms, electrical, etc.
Fees for additional cleaning may apply should guests cook inside a guest room.

PROPERTY DAMAGE
Any damage to motel/Resort property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.

Payment Policy

Room Payment / Advance Payment
Fender’s Resort does not accept personal checks, money orders or cashier’s checks as form of payment.
Room charges are paid at registration or by 12 Noon in advance of each subsequent night's stay.
Payment may be made with credit card (American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard or VISA.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require notification 48 hours before scheduled arrival. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a one-night charge. If you don't show up and don't call, there will be a one-night charge.
Group bookings have extended cancellation policies which will be specifically advised at the time the booking is confirmed.
We have turned others away in order to hold your reservation for you.
