Forget minimalism: This jewel box of a boutique sleep overlooking Puerto Vallarta’s Río Cuale is a riot of gem tones, In this hotel you can enjoy the nature of the river, the freshness of the trees, the iguanas, birds and squirrels around, the closeness of excellent restaurants with the best gastronomy and bars, a few blocks from the board coast and the beach in Old town in Puerto Vallarta, the place it is surrounded of rich textures and eclectic art and antiques. Guests are invited to make themselves at home. Each of the eight guestrooms sports its own unique feel; some have intricate stained glass from Santa Cruz Church, others antique Spanish Colonial wooden doors, carved headboards and balconies, all our beds are King beds and some of our rooms have views of the river and own balconies .

The guest agrees to be charged for the full stay, incidentals and ANY damages occurring on the property
In order to coordinate your arrival, and assist you with directions, transportation, and/or parking service, it is required to provide us your estimated arrival time (as our check in hours are from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm). We can accommodate other check in times but ONLY IF coordinated in advance of your arrival. Late Check-In fee applies: $20 usd from 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and $30 usd after 11:00 pm. Payment Policy
Federal, state and local taxes, currently 19%, will be added to the cost of all accommodations and applied when payment is processed.
All reservations are fully charged upon booking. Reservations over $1000 are charged 50% upon booking and the balance 60 days prior arrival date.
*Holiday periods all reservations are charged in full upon booking.
Each Guest is required to register upon arrival. Standard rate applies for one or two adults per room or suite, thereafter a $30 USD charge per adult, $20 USD charge per child, per night, will be charged.
Pet fee per night: $20 USD

29 days prior arrival: NON REFUNDABLE
30 days or more prior arrival: fully refundable
High Season (Nov 1 - Dec 19 / Jan 5 - May 31)
14 days prior arrival: NON REFUNDABLE
15 days or more prior arrival: fully refundable
Low Season (Jun 1 - Oct 1)
14 days or less prior arrival: non refundable
15 days or more prior arrival: fully refundable
*A surcharge of 3% will be deducted on canceled and fully refundable reservations.
