Your serviced apartment is located in the heart of Manchester city center. The location is perfectly placed with cafes and restaurants a stone's throw away. You are never too far away from a quirky northern quarter café, or a posh dinner on Deansgate. Whatever the reason for your stay, our apartments cater to all. It is a true home-away-from-home experience.

All our apartments come fully equipped, with a full kitchenette, and finished to a high-quality standard. The apartment also comes with a built-in dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave, and has a toaster, kettle even a sink! - It is a true home-from-home apartment. You will be greeted with complimentary tea and coffee.
The apartments will all have Smart TV in each bedroom along with a 4K Smart TV in the lounge, to give you the cinematic experience. Then again VUE Cinema is 11 minutes from the apartments if you fancy a movie on a bigger screen.
Victoria station is 0.7 miles away which will take approximately 4 minutes to drive and Piccadilly station is 0.9 miles also taking around 4 minutes to drive. MEN arena is approximately 12 minute's walk.

Please take a note of our terms conditions outlined below:

• Please note all of our apartments are strictly non-smoking throughout and we do not tolerate any form of parties, loud music, or excessive noise. The max number of 2 adults are allowed in a Studio/1 Bedroom Apartment, 4 adults in a 2 bedroom apartment, 6 adults in a 2 bedroom with sofa bed and no further guests are allowed. You will be asked to leave immediately if there is any form of nuisance by our onsite security staff without any refund.

• Photographic ID is required for all guests staying at Quay Apartments Manchester

• Payment must be made by the person staying at the apartment and the cardholder must present a valid supporting photographic ID on check-in.

• We may pre-authorize a deposit in case of damages or extreme mess left behind

• There is a fine of £95 plus cleaning charges for smoking in the apartments

• We regret we cannot accept stag, hen, party or group bookings. A group booking is classed as 2 apartments or more (either two x one bedroom, two x two bedrooms, or a combination of both)

• I agree that I am personally liable for all costs and charges incurred in the event that any damages to the property during the time of my stay. This can be damaging to the fixtures and fittings as well as their content. There will be a £95 charge for the loss of keys and fob.

• I agree my deposit will be non-refundable if I have additional guests to the ones mentioned above.

• £95 cleaning fee will be charged for the excessive mess in the apartments
