The Grand Hotel is ideally located in a prime seafront position, close to the Sun Castle Bowling Greens, the Pier, and just a 5-minute walk from Skegness Town Centre.

Grand Hotel is a family managed business comprising of 21 rooms including an suite bathroom, with a TV and free tea, coffee.
Some rooms feature private balconies with views of the bowling green and seafront.
The buffet-style breakfast includes a variety of continental options as well as cooked items. Guests can enjoy a drink and meet new friends in the Grand Hotel Bar.
We have a fitted chair lift (up to 19 stones), providing easy access to our first and second floor bedrooms.

Skegness Rail Station is just 15-minute walking distance. Also the Tower cinema, Skegness Arcade, and Lifestyle Leisure Centre are only 15 minutes away on foot. The Embassy Theatre is just 5 minutes’ walk away.

Terms & Conditions

The Grand Hotel Terms & Conditions

1.Reservations, Bookings & Deposit
By making a reservation, whether in person, by telephone or email you are agreeing to The Grand Hotel terms & conditions.
You can reserve your room by paying 100% of the first night. Payment can be made by all major debit or credit card. A debit / credit card used must have an expiry date that is valid after the date of stay.
Please note that the debit / credit card details used for payment of the deposit are held as a guarantee for the room & also any payments required for subsequent cancellations.

2. Payment
The Grand Hotel accepts payment by cash & all major credit/debit cards.

3. Room prices
Room prices are per room. The Grand Hotel reserves the right to review the room prices from time to time.
You will pay the room price as quoted at the point of booking. Note that quoted room prices at the Grand Hotel may change up to the date of your arrival.

4. Cancellations
If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
If the customer fails to cancel a pre-booked stay & is a 'No Show' the customer gives The Grand Hotel the right to charge the customer for the entire duration of the stay. The customer will be issued with a receipt for this charge.
If you decide to shorten your stay you must inform us by 2 days before arrival.
A cancellation is not accepted or confirmed until you have received your reference. It is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain the cancellation reference & until you receive this reference you are liable in full for your stay. Cancellations will be confirmed in writing.

5. Arrival and departure
Rooms are available from 2pm on the arrival date.
Your room must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
Failure to leave your room by this time will result in additional charges up to and including the cost of one night's accommodation.

6. Particular requirements
The Grand Hotel operates a 100% no smoking policy throughout. Smoking in a bedroom or any area within The Grand Hotel will result in a £100 fine. Any such charges will be debited from the debit/credit card used at the time of payment of the room deposit (unless another debit/credit card or cash is offered and accepted) and may be charged after the guests departure.
Although The Grand Hotel will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal requirements, all rooms are subject to availability. We apologise in advance if your particular requests cannot be met.

7. Breakfast
The Buffet style breakfast is only possible 8:00-9:00am

8. Car Parking
Please note, car park spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed. Guests must leave a set of keys at reception.
The Grand Hotel does not accept responsibility for vehicles parked in the car park. All vehicles are parked at the owners risk.
Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges may be applicable.

9. Please note
We regret that, with the exception of assistance dogs, no pets are allowed in The Grand Hotel.
Electrical appliances, such as toasters, mini cookers, portable grills and portable heaters may not be used in the rooms as they may set off the sensitive fire alarm system.
Reservations for rooms are non-transferable and must not, under any circumstances, be sold or otherwise transferred to a third party.
You must not advertise, market or otherwise offer any of The Grand Hotel's rooms for sale either on its own or as part of a combined offer.
All prices and details are correct at time of going to print and are subject to change without notice. Guests are responsible for any solicitors & court fees incurred by The Grand Hotel caused by any breach in the Terms & Conditions.
We are alicensed establishment.
Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol onto the premises.
only alcohol purchased in the hotel bar may be consumed on the premises.
It is not permitted to bring take-away food into the bedrooms.
Access to the internet via wi-fi is currently a free service. It is limited however to collecting emails, internet browsing, and low bandwidth gaming.
Streaming is not allowed, nor is downloading of large files as bandwidth is limited. Any illegal activity is strictly forbidden and the management take no responsibility for such actions.
Any person abusing the wi-fi access, will result Immediate termination of the service.

10. The Grand Hotel's Expectations Of All Guests
You are responsible for any missing items and any damage and/or soiling caused to the allocated rooms or the furnishings of the hotel. If any act, default or neglect by the guests results in any items to be thereafter missing, or any damage, soiling, setting off of any alarms or complaints from other guests, the customer shall be liable to pay to The Grand Hotel on demand the amount required to make good or remedy such damage.
You are also responsible for the failure to return any keys , in the event that they are not returned at check-out you will incur a charge to replace the key. Any such charges will be debited from the debit/credit card used at the time of payment of the room deposit (unless another debit/credit card or cash is offered and accepted) and may be charged after the guests departure.
The Grand Hotel will not be liable for any refund or compensation in such circumstances. The customer, you means the organiser responsible for commissioning and payment of the stay.
The Grand Hotel reserves the right to cancel the Customer's reservation without further notice if there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
The Grand Hotel does not accept liability for any failure to provide services contracted due to circumstances beyond our control including industrial action, postal communication, plant failures, supply of gas, electricity and water or fire alarm evacuation.
The details of these Terms and Conditions do not remove the common law duty to mitigate losses.
The chair lift in the hotel only goes to the first and second floors

12. No extra beds can be accommodated in any rooms and travel cots are not supplied.
